Personally, I love grilled shrimp, and I think their grill can make shrimp very well without burning.

We used to come to this restaurant almost every week because it’s very close to our home. Sam always provided excellent service and took great care of us, making us feel a sense of friendliness and convenience.

Recently, we’ve been quite busy and haven’t visited as often. We came for lunch today, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t a pleasant one. The menu prices have increased by $5, which is completely understandable given the current market conditions. As long-time customers, we wanted to order in the same way we had many times before — a combination of BBQ and hot pot meat selections — but the lady in charge refused our request. She then pretended another server was her manager and made a show of “asking” her, which was clearly dishonest. I recognized her — she usually works during dinner hours and on weekends, while Sam used to serve during weekday lunch times.

The issue isn’t about the price change, but rather the way she treated returning customers and the small deceptive tricks she used, which was truly disappointing.

Now that Sam is no longer here, the restaurant has lost its appeal for us. If we come back in the future, we might only be reminded of the time she tried to deceive us — and that certainly won’t help...

From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The food is consistently delicious, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from.

What truly sets Legend Hot Pot apart is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, often recognizing my family and me from our many visits. They go above and beyond to ensure we have a great time, even helping us cook our food on the BBQ when they’re not busy. It’s those little touches that make a big difference.

And let’s not forget the little perks: my daughter has scored small toys, kid-friendly chopsticks, and even occasional fries. It’s these thoughtful gestures that make us feel valued as customers.
