McDonald's — Restaurant in Newaygo

Extremely Rude!!! Employee smoking right by the entrance door. Went through drive through to literally have a bag, and tbe WRONG order tossed, yes tossed at us. Never confirmed order was ours, tossed at us, slammed window. Once "Andrew", if thats his real name, reopened the window, he argued with us anout getting the wrong order and not even a single word from him. The entitled young man said that were were in a bad mood. REALLY. After having a bad thrown at us, smoke in our face, rude service and wrong order, um, duh. So he handed us finally our "magical" oatmeal as he called it. And left without the rest to go get his manager. That didnt do a darn thing. Just worried about them being video taped by us doing wrong. Hmnn. Didnt still get the right order or everything we paid for. Apparently if you are throwing bags at people, you can get away with being as rude as you want to be, and honestly not give a crap. Both Andrew and his manager are luck to have a job. And family owned, you would think in a small town they woukd attempt to gi e decent service and appreviate the custo.ers that make thier paychecks possible. Not assult you at tbe window by throwing food at you with out so much as hello, hetes your order, have a good day. OR CONFIRMING it was the right order. I am guessing the young lady in management was named Felicia. BYE FELICIA

Ps If you dont allow any video or photography on your property, how do you explain all the pictures taken in your resturant??? Must be magical like my oatmeal that I am having...

When you go through the drive thru you have to repeat your order 2 or 3 times.... Pulled around and Jessica is talking to some guy standing outside. Not to mention she was very rude while attempting to take my order... Almost as if I was bothering her... When I pulled around the guy was standing there and before I pulled up, I motioned him to move... I didn't feel comfortable opening my wallet with some strange guy within arms reach.... When I motioned for him to move he began cursing at me. I told Jessica, you cannot have people standing at your drive thru window talking to them and making the customer repeat their order... She was very rude.... When I pulled up to get our order and once again it was wrong... I demanded to speak to the "manager" this time... As I'm speaking to her, the guy from outside that cussed me out, went walking through to the back. This time with the light, I could see me was an emoyee that cussed me out.... The manager said she couldn't give his name, that she would handle it. However I worked for McDonald's and they can only give out their first name.... Every single time I have visited there has been an issue! Every time it's at night with the same manager..... Why? Because she let's the crew run the show while she herself is off talking to some random guy... This is a bad represention for the image. It's not just me either... This is just outrageous.... I live in Grand Rapids and everyone I know in Newaygo, which are many, are going across the street to Burger King! Someone NEEDS to...

So disappointed with this McDonalds! Stopped there last night about 9:40pm. We don’t like to go through the drive through - too many kids and too many decisions! So we walked up to go in the lobby and order inside. The hours on the door say the lobby is open until 11pm, like I said, it’s only about 9:40-9:45, and the doors are locked! We happen to catch the doors as someone was coming out, thinking it must be a mistake, only to be rudely greeted by the manager behind the counter who says, “ the lobby is closed, it closes at 10, there is a reason why the doors are locked”! Well, manager behind the counter, it’s not 10 yet and your door says 11!! When I told him that the hours said 11, he says “we don’t have the resources to change it”! Seriously!! I mean really! Bad Customer service, really bad! We could have gone through the drive through, but along with the many kids we had with us, we also had a boat and just didn’t want to go through the line with that! Thanks for not making it easy, not like you were shutting down for the night - you were still serving food! But it’s ok, Wendy’s across the street had our backs! Thanks Wendy’s, for feeding our tired over hungry kids, and actually sticking to the hours posted on...
