Ordered 3 items today, 2 stuffed pizzas and Keto pizza. Had my husband swing by and pick them up on his way home. When he got home we realized one of the pizzas was incorrect. It should have been stuffed but was on regular crust. The receipt said we had ordered correctly and paid for it correctly it was just made incorrectly. The mistake is not the reason for this review, I realize mistakes happen. It was the way I was treated while trying to get the issue taken care of. I called the store when we realized the pizza was incorrect. We had company over for dinner and starving kids. So my husband popped the pizzas in the oven. I was transferred to 3 different people and explained the issue to each one of them. The third one finally said they would remake the pizza and we could pick it up in 20 minutes. I said great, somebody will leave our dinner party and be on their way. Knowing that once we drive back to Papa Murphy’s wait for the pizza, drive home and cook it (stuffed takes 40 minutes) it would be at least another hour until that pizza would be ready to eat. I was still not too bothered at this point, yeah inconvenienced but whatever. THEN she said that I needed to bring back the mis-made pizza. I explained it was in the oven and we were feeding it to our hungry guests who couldn’t wait over an hour longer to get the right pizza home and cooked. She said we could take it out of the oven half cooked and bring it with us when we come to get the correct pizza! She could not give us the new pizza without returning the other one. I said, that’s not going to happen our guest need to eat something. I then asked for a refund of the mis-made pizza. She told me she could only credit me the difference between the correct pizza and the incorrect pizza. Which would have been maybe like 4 dollars? I didn’t take the credit. It was not worth spending anymore time on. My advice, always check your order before you leave because this store is not interested in righting the wrong. Or go to Abby’s or Round Table, they realize if they make a mistake (receipt to prove it), they will credit you back the price of the pizza (the full price),or make you a new one , but you get to keep the mis-made one because they know you ordered because you were hungry and don’t want to wait another hour plus to get the correct pizza so...

Reason for my rating is because tonight when I went to pick up my pizza a young kid was sweeping and this lady after he finished wiped all of the food off their counter onto their floor and one male asks why she didn’t use the bucket and she shrugs her shoulder and just kept doing it all the way across their work station. The male that just swept that whole area said, “I’m not cleaning that.” As I would do the same and I’m a manager myself and that’s highly unprofessional of her and just plain rude. Her comment to him was, “You’re closing tonight, so yea you are.” I as well as two other people were in there and witnessed this behavior. She changed my whole experience at the Newberg papa Murphy’s and I honestly don’t think I’ll be back near as often. She needs replaced. How humiliating more so for her. I'd been in the car for over an hour and had to use the restroom really bad. I told the cashier I was in pain and she referred me to the diner next door. Next time, I'll order my dinner from them. Not having a restroom for your customers is cruel and cheap. For a national chain to not only refuse to put in restrooms for their customers, but to piggy back off a mom and pop diner next door is especially skeezy. I doubt they're on board with you sending your paying customers to their bathroom and I doubt you're paying them for using their facilities. Really, really disappointing and I can assure you that I do not spend money at restaurants that don't provide adequate facilities for their customers and I won't be spending another dollar of my hard earned money at your restaurant...
