Wednesday November 21st. I did what I normally would do when I want to order a pizza. I got in to my truck and called in to place my order. I usually can place the order and then drive to the restaurant and it will be ready. This time I was put on hold. I waited five minutes and was still holding. I decided I would go ahead and drive there. I'm sure they'll take my order on the way. Nope. I made it all the way to the restaurant and was still on hold. I went inside. I could hear the phone just making noise and nobody was addressing it. There were a couple of people in line, all had ordered already and were just picking up. Finally it is my turn and the guy asks how he can help me. I asked if he could hear the phone. He said "Yes". I then showed him my phone and how I had been ON HOLD FOR TWENTY ONE (21) MINUTES!!! He and another employee then told me of how they were too busy to take anymore orders. I asked why couldn't they pick up the phone and just tell me that?! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. This is not how it works. You take the call. You inform the customer that it could be a while. He then tells me that I can order a pizza and that it will be about 20 minutes. "No thanks. You're too busy to take my order!"
My family have been ordering pizza from here almost weekly. They had a huge mess up on my order a couple of months ago but I forgave them for that. This though is outrageous to me. I don't get upset easily. Not sure that I'll be back. Shame because I like...
Read moreHighly unsatisfactory experience with NEWNAN, BAKER ROAD LOCATION regarding an undelivered order and unresolved refund.
On December 7th at 7 PM, I placed an order for delivery. Two hours later, the delivery status was marked as "delivered," but I did not receive the food. I called the store multiple times but received no answer. As a result, I drove to the store. The manager informed me the delivery driver was 14 minutes away and assured me the food was on its way, though they could not explain why the order had been marked "delivered." I returned home (3.6 miles away) and waited, assuming the driver might be completing other deliveries. After another hour passed with no food, I called the store again. The manager then stated that my order had been refunded. Current Issue:
It has been 10 days (as of December 18th), and I have not seen any refund processed. I have called the store multiple times, but the staff has been unhelpful and rude. I was informed that only the manager I initially spoke with could address the issue. This manager has not returned any of my calls. On the one occasion I was able to speak with her (December 14th), she said she needed to "look into it" and would call me back. I have not received any follow-up since. I am frustrated by the lack of accountability and professionalism in resolving this matter. I would appreciate your assistance in expediting the refund and ensuring this situation is addressed...
Read moreOrdered two pizzas, both with extra cheese. Drove to pick them up and had to dodge the yellow delivery car speeding through the parking lot and parking in the handicap cross hatched area. As I continued into the store behind this driver she conveniently let's the door go in my face and marched her way to the back with an angry look on her face. Arrived home to find that one pizza was ok and the other had barely enough cheese on it to hold on the toppings. Called the store to ask for the manager and after the associate on the phone went to get her she told me the manager was too busy to take my call and if she could help me. I told her no I need the manager. A few minutes later the manager rudly jumped on the phone, I asked for her name and she paused and gave it to me and quickly asked what did I need. I explained the situation to her and she said they would credit the account for the missing cheese. Problem solved right? Half of the problem maybe; the problem is bad customer service from employees that are not trained in dealing with customers. We are the backbone of your company and without us there is no Dominoes, and we can't just rack it up to having a bad day because we all have those, and that excuse doesn't cut it in the corporate world. Enough said,...
