We loved this place! My son chose to eat here for his bday, we invited family. My mother arrived first and gave the wrong head count. When everyone arrived we needed additional room/seating, They WOULD NOT ALLOW IT.. part of our party was sat in the back and the remaining were put in a booth in the front. I would have understood if there wasn't enough seating but we had a huge table empty next to us to fit us all and booths all around us. We attempted to join the 2 tables and were yelled at and literally scolded by the staff that because we said x number to start with then that's what we are getting like we were children in trouble at school. I was a server/ bartender /manager of a large bar for 10 years and I couldn't imagine treating customers this way... mind you the tables that were empty that we couldn't use remained empty our entire meal. I was prepared to tip 100% for taking care of our whole group however this isn't about money. It's about the poor professionalism of the staff that day. We will never be back and will highly discourage anyone to go here. Life for everyone is hard these days and to go celebrate with family and get together is so important. My sons bday was messed up and the joy was taken from many of us. It was disappointing and disgusting to be treated this way on a special day for us. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to General Manager Jessica and Meat 'N Greet for helping us create memories with loved ones over good food in a vibrant atmosphere. Y'all helped bring much needed joy during a life-altering time.

I came to Jessica with a problem and she just reassured me they she would help me and she did. When I arrived and introduced myself, she came from around the podium and hugged me. We've always recommended Meat 'N Greet. We've always brought out of town friends there. I have no words for the level of humanity and kindness that came in the form of Jessica at Meat 'N Greet.

Advice on the food- Yes, it will be hard to choose, but when you do--CHANGE NOTHING about how they've designed the item. They have built the flavors and textures to complement each other and I have never gone wrong. If you're even slightly interested in it, GO FOR IT and try the special. Again, change nothing.
