This was my first time visiting Fazoli’s in Newnan, and I can confidently say, I’m a fan for life! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. I wasn’t quite sure what to order, but Matt went above and beyond, offering helpful suggestions including his personal favorites and top customer picks. His recommendation did not disappoint!
I chose the Chicken Parmesan add Alfredo sauce, and my guest had the Chicken Broccoli sub Penne (hold the tomatoes 😉). Both dishes were served hot & fresh.
The entire team was incredibly attentive and kind. (Shoutout to Kelli and Temisan). The famous breadsticks and garden salad were the perfect start to the meal, and yes, I saved room for dessert! The chocolate cheesecake was rich, smooth, and the ideal sweet finish. Also, can we talk about the sweet tea? I’ve had my fair share across the South, and this one might just be the best. Not too sweet, just right.
All around, this was a wonderful dining experience. Amazing service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll...
Read moreI can't rate service or atmosias more than average being that I didn't actually go to the restaurant. I ordered a meal on door dash for lunch on Friday and was excited to try it since Italian has to be my favorite food if I had to choose. I love Olive Garden and Mama Lucia's but they are upscale so when a fast food version came I was happy. To say I was disappointed in the food is an understatement. It wasnt that it was bad but it definitely wasn't anything to write home about. The meatballs tasted like the frozen ones you buy at the store. I got the sampler and honestly the only difference in the taste of the red sauce dishes was literally the cheese in the lasagna, otherwise they all tasted pretty bland, the noodles weren't completely done, and needed salt. The Alfredo option wasn't much better. I will stick to making it at home. Also asked for a parmesan packet and instead received a plate that had already had Parmesan sprinkled on it. Not impressed. I will say the bread sticks are probably...
Read moreThe food here is incredibly average. It’s okay, not good and not bad. My wife, who loves fettuccine alfredo so much that it is mildly concerning, didn’t even want to finish her plate, so that says a lot. As for me, I had the chicken parmesan. I reckon it was a decent enough size for the price, but wasn’t spectacular. Overall I would say the food was exactly what you should expect from the fast food version of an Italian restaurant.
The service was not good, despite the restaurant seeming like it had twice as many people working as would be necessary. Lots of people standing about, yet hardly any even willing to look in the direction of a customer needing assistance. At the very least, the staff member who did finally help us out was apologetic, so perhaps there is hope.
The atmosphere was not great. I’d say it’s somewhere between modern McDonald’s and Panera Bread in terms of being not utterly devoid of any character, but pretty close. Not much else to say about it, that’s...
