Krystal — Restaurant in Newnan

While I loved the service I had today and many other times, the atmosphere is just never quite right, the air is always heavy. The manager (I think she’s the manager) I didn’t get her name but I have known people refer to her as Penny, she’s constantly screaming at the employees and just treating them like garbage. And the workers are such sweet souls it sucks to not be able to speak up for them. Today she was yelling at someone about ordering food so they could eat. Which made me confused. I’ve also heard her on another day refusing to let employees use the restroom and take breaks. It’s just really horrible how the employees are getting treated by this lady. Not only that. Her attitude with customers isn’t any better.. she doesn’t greet anyone with a smile and she just down right has a HORRIBLE attitude. This needs to get under control… i saw an employee which I’m not going to disclose their names and ended up talking with them and found out they don’t even get a break, neither do they get there free meal.. I was going to apply there awhile ago so I’m glad I dodged that bullet. Come on Krystal’s If you let people like this run your stores you definitely need to do better.. this...

The last few times we have been here something went wrong. Three weeks ago we went and sat at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes and nobody ever answered the speaker. So we left. Went tonight around 5:30 and again at the speaker for 10 minutes decided to go inside and just see what is going on, one guy was doing something with the buns like what is he doing? He was not getting any out to put on the grill or anything…just touching them. Look like a new girl walked in and went to go clock in and after 10 more minutes inside waiting to see if we could get service a heavy set woman slowly drags herself to the counter. The look of her was like she just didn’t want to be there. She is probably just exhausted from working so much cause you can’t find anyone that wants to work anymore. But this is just a constant thing at this location. No customer service skills what so ever!! Sad to see a well known fast food restaurant is going downhill so fast! There is a few good employees here but for the most part they can’t do it all 7 days a week. Corporate needs to...

I love Krystal’s but this location has seriously gone down hill.

The drivethru is painfully slow, though that’s not really different from any other fast food place in Newnan.

Last time we went my wife ordered the new Nashville Hot chiks or whatever, when we pulled up to the window 15 minutes later the lady at the window asked if we were the car that had said chiks. I said yes and they proceeded to take another 5 minutes.

During this time I noticed the guy running the register inside had AirPods in his ears and was wearing no uniform, but a T-shirt.

After continuing to wait we finally got our food and continued on our way.

About halfway home my wife pulled out the chiks only to find they just gave her the regular ones.

The time before that I had gone inside to make an order and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my existence so...
