Pop Drinks — Local services in Newnan

I LOVE POP drinks… BUT it isn’t what it was when it first opened. I have just had less than stellar experiences customer service wise, but today I was disappointed when I ordered a medium drink with light ice, and ended up with a small with light ice. I told the girl at the window and she said, “Oh, yep!” And took back the cup. I waited, got the new drink and drove off. I quickly realized that they had simply filled a medium size cup with a bunch more ice and poured my small drink into that cup, rather than remaking it. The original cup I had been handed had light ice in it, and that was in my order. I just wish they would take their time and read the orders and really properly make the drinks. I also can’t do ice cold anything because of tooth pain so it’s frustrating that they specifically gave me a bunch of ice.

I love the idea of pop drinks soooo much but I don’t think I can be back as soon.

Well thanks to the loyalty I decided to try it again, I really appreciate when companies try and make things right! It was an honest mistake and a good response, so for that I am grateful.

However, my order was wrong yet again. I am including video and photos of my order. The carelessness is unmatched. I am just sad because I really used to love this place as a fun treat and got a bunch of family and friends hooked on it! Maybe they can train their employees better and I’ll try again in time, but as of now I think I’m done due to...

I’ve come here about 4 times now before giving it a review. I think the concept is unique and I’ve had a few good drinks here, however the service is inconsistent and so are the drinks/snacks. Two time I have received chocolate chip cookies that felt like they had been thawed from being in a freezer; they were very cold. Who wants a cold chocolate chip cookie? At least serve them room temp if they can’t be warmed.

I get the same thing to drink each time and a couple times it tasted better than the other 2 times. This time around I paid about $6 for a drink and they didn’t even fill it up!

The pop corn has only tasted fresh 1 time. The other times I’ve gotten popcorn it tasted stale and overly salty.

One of the times I came I did not receive a straw. A girl came to the window and asked what I needed and I told her a straw. She said she would go get one and never came back. After waiting a few minutes a different girl came to the window and rudely said “what are you waiting for?!” Then when I told her I needed a straw she said “oh” and handed me one.

This place could be great with a few changes, better service. And most importantly… consistency. No one wants to pay $6 for a drink and not get the amount...

I always try to give business the benefit of a doubt before posting bad reviews. I've no problems with the popcorn which I always go for. The last 2 times I've gone there customer service was so not up to par. On Saturday, November 30, 2024 around 730pm I ordered 2 popcorn and 3 sodas and when I pulled up to the window, there were 3 young teenage workers just standing there talking and laughing among themselves and not even attempting to take my payment right away or prepare my order. I literally had to blow the horn and knock in the window for them to service me. When I told them respectfully that my order show have been put together by the time I got to the window and one worker apologized and one started to laugh. I go today Sunday, Dec 1 at 3:50 and close at 4pm and said they were closed already. I really feel that an adult needs to be on shift with these teens.
