One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had—though not because of the reps, who were kind and helpful. The issue lies with their corporate system.
My delivery was scheduled for the 22nd during a time I wouldn’t be home. I contacted customer service to reschedule so I could sign for the equipment, but they showed up earlier than expected. I missed the delivery, and when I called back, a manager told me to contact UPS with my order number—only to find out it doesn’t count as a tracking number.
As of now, no new delivery date has been set. I’m going to the UPS store today, hoping they or the Boost Mobile store can resolve this.

The final straw was when trying to get the Boost deal emailed to me for a Samsung Galaxy S25 which is "only redeemable in store"; however the employee said that not only did they not have any in store, he couldn't even place an order for one for me to receive the deal.
