Well let me start by saying this was my first time at Kyrstals. So I have never seen the menu before. The cashier asked what I would like. I started my order. She cut me off and told me to drive around. When I got to the window she told me my total, and it wasn't right, because she never let me finish my order. I order a 5 combo. I then asked if there was onions on the burger. She said yes. I said I didn't want them, and her reply was "Well they're already making it." And closed the window and walked away. So when she came back with my order I asked her if the onions were on it. She rolled her eyes and closed the window. I asked to see a manager and she just looked at me. I waited and no one came out. I just got home with my order and I didn't even have the right one. I ordered chili fries with the combo . I don't think I will ever come there again. And I will be sending the same to corporate. Please be kind to your customers. And please DON'T ROLL...

It is a wonderful place to find wonderfully slightly used clothing such as American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch.

My one and only issue...I hate seeing items that have not been placed in the correct sizing section

If this were done, I would shop here more often, otherwise I become too frustrated and only purchase a few things when, indeed I would purchase more if I didn't have to search thru every single size.

As a past operator of many businesses, this only limits the productivity and profit increase by about 20 percent.

With goodwill being a non profit, just imagine how many more efforts they could become apart of in helping our communities.

And lastly please increase your salaries for your employees. They work very hard on their feet all day long. And it would help in lowering employee turn over. Shoppers love the consistency of seeing familiar...

I was going to give a one star, but the second time the gentleman came to harass me, he at least said he had trouble with homeless people. 👀🕳️🔥🍺🚷🎟️🪬🔮⏳⚰️. I know the photos mean nothing to most. To me it brings humanity. Homeless people are homeless "people" Ask them to pick up their trash and only have signs by the road. They spend money. On this instance I was buying granddaddy purple from the vape store. Sat down rolling one and calling to make a police report. Borrowing an outlet for my phone, when lo and behold. Here comes the owner or manager of the shopping center telling me to leave. He said only shopping. I said I just bought this canabzy. He said you're using the power. I said @goodwills power.
