Tonight's visit was absolutely deplorable. I went to the window to ask for 3 nacho cheese boxes. I had to repeatedly asked for the same order several times. I asked for no ice in the drinks and for hot fries. The taco bell associate that I wasted 10 minutes ordering my food at the window tells me that their fries are cook to order. I responded okay I am glad that they will be cooked to order today. Also can you not mixed cold fries with hot fries. I get to the window. I am handed 2 out of 3 drinks with ice by the managers daughter. I said I didn't order drinks with ice. I got a rolling of the eyes and a slamming in my face with the sliding door. I waited about 5 minutes for my drinks . There was another worker with eye lashes that can fly her to the moon passing me them same drinks. I said i have been repeating myself with my whole order and now I am having to do it at the window. I said no ice on the She passes me all my drinks then gives me an extra one. I told her that the drink she is passing me isn't mine. Due to me having all my drinks now. I then waited a little longer. I'm steady hearing the workers which is the daughter of the manager that was on duty and Ms. Eyelash talking about me. Due to all of them not following instructions. I get my food and my nacho fries are cold. The manager wanted to argue with me as to how hot they are although she didn't want to feel the fries. I finally asked the manager one of the workers mom for my money back. I went through hell at intercom and at window for no reason. I asked for my money back because i wasn't satisfied with their listening skills and my food. My kindergartener would've did better. This is my go to taco bell but...
Read moreStopped in this location to grab a late lunch after an already busy afternoon. It's Taco Bell, fast food, nothing particularly special about it. The service was ok. Again, nothing special. And not even a thank you for your business, hope you enjoy it, or anything. Really? But lunch for 2 people was right at $28. Another really? The burrito's were barley ok given that they are filled with nothing that can't be piped thru a gun. There is very little in them that one can really bite into these days. Not lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or meat to really speak of but mostly fillers. And the chalupas were also just ok. A bit more substantial than the burrito but not by much. They are mostly bread with just enough filling in them to given one a false sense of satisfaction once eaten following the burrito in having had lunch. Within 2 hours that feeling of seity is gone. So let's see, when you break it down, that's $14/hr for that false feeling of being satisfied in my having had lunch. That's certainly more than they pay for me to be served that feeling that I've had a decent lunch. This is slop. We stopped people from slopping hogs many years ago. So why to we allow these chains to now serve the same slop to people. Outrageous pricing for mediocre food at best. This was by far the worst lunch experience all the way around that I have experience in a long time. Shame on you taco bell. And shame on me if I allow myself to experience this lunch again. That I...
Read moreNormally I come here in the evenings, I will definitely have to stick to that. Lunch shift is ridiculous. Waited for someone to take my order for about 5/10 min of silence waiting in drive thru line. Unsure if the girl was just having a bad day but rushed me despite waiting what seemed like forever⊠When she didnât repeat order back to me, I asked her if she got the stacker (since the line was long and I didnât want to have to order again because she missed it). Her response was âyes. 2nd wInDoWâ with a high pitched attitude as if I didnât hear her the first time. While waiting in line for the window I heard her also being even more rude to the car behind me. âHelloooo? Are you ready to order??â And âhellooo?â Every time the customer hesitated with their order. My supreme items had plenty of lettuce and maybe 5 pieces of tomatoes and the tiniest dollop of sour cream. She didnât ask me for sauce. Normally they just throw it in the bag anyways. Nope. Had to go inside just to get it. That young lady better watch who she talks to like that here in crazy Newnan sheâll do that to the wrong one. If she was having a bad day, sorry for her, but I work in customer service as well and donât act like that on my worst days. Between the extremely long line, small parking lot where I canât even reverse out due to the line, and rude staff, seems cheaper to just order take out from a real...
