Nataliia and her family are so wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The moment you step into her shop you are greeted with such amazing and comforting scents. Everything she makes is heavenly. I especially love her combinations of tart fruit fillings, with just a hint of sweet, along with any of her chocolate creations. The quality of the ingredients she uses is apparent in all her desserts. There is no guilt when enjoying her creations because of the quality of her ingredients. They are not your typical overly sweet, flavorless desserts that you find elsewhere. Her creations are one-of-a-kind, unique, and so full of flavor, not sugar. I am addicted to her creations. I try to come at least once a week, but sometimes twice a month, when life gets busy, and leave with one of almost everything she has. In the evenings, after dinner, my family and I will sit down and share a bite of each one together. It's quite an experience. There aren't enough words to describe Natalia's gifts and talents. I had them make a cake for my daughter's birthday back in August. The cake was a theme cake with buttercream frosting. It looked awesome. However, everyone took the first bite and all of us immediately discovered the cake wasn't edible. The cake was extremely dry inside and the frosting was as if the sugar had been forgotten and left out. It tasted like flavorless butter. We were all very disappointed. My daughter felt bad and said she couldn't eat it. So I jumped in the car and brought a cake back from Publix as an emergency. We had one of her cakes before and it was good, but this one was terrible for eating. They offered to refund us or make another cake. Today, we tried to get another cake from their offer to give them another chance and were somewhat told off. We simply wanted to make sure we got a moist and sweet cake like the first time but this time they seemed annoyed with what we were trying to convey. Guess it was just a one off the first time. Beautiful yummy cake! I just wish they would have put it in a box, they could have put each number in a separate box, I was so worried the whole time that i was driving because it was basically just on a thin piece of cardboard on the floor of my car, living dangerously 😂. Price was about 5 dollars per serving. I plan to get cakes from her again, it was not very sweet which I love, because that's what I asked for a cake that wasn't super sweet, even though I asked for apple caramel filling. It was very good! Just next time (which I understand, I placed my order pretty late,), if you don't have a box big enough in time, I wish they would have called me or texted me and told me, I could have brought a...
