So check it out this is one of my go to places for pizza. When it comes to pizza I like a New York style pizza not a Chicago style pizza.
Not much flop! The crust is really good but I wish the undercarriage had a little more crunch. However, with that being said I eat the entire piece of pizza including the crust, it's that good.
The sauce is great, I don't know what it is but the sauce is just awesome and what's funny is that I was in Chattanooga, TN recently and I got some pizza and I swear their sauce recipe was exactly the same as Pizza Pete's. I will write them a review as well. I can't remember the name of the place but I think it's called pizza Bros! Anyway, I talked to both owners and neither one of them has ever heard of the other, they both have a great sauce!
The cheese is good, between the cheese and the pepperoni there's a lot of grease. I don't know what it is but I like it. However, I can nit lie, I have found myself along with my family and friends using a napkin and dabbing up some of the grease but still, I like it.
The overall taste of this pizza is my favorite, would I buy it again absolutely yes, I absolutely will be back!
Truth be told I have been coming here for 40 years, this again is my go to pizza place. They sell their pizza by the slice and of course by the pie. I love this place, my wife and kids love this place, if you have not been here I highly recommend you pay this place to visit.
I'm giving this place FIVE STARS all the way and I will tell you that every pizza place I go to is either better than Pizza Pete's or it's not as good as Pizza Pete's!!

For the record, if the crust had a little bit more crunch to it and maybe if there was a little less grease I would of scored this place as an 8.5 on the ONE BITE APP!!

I've been going to Pizza Pete's since I was very young child. Unfortunately, after last nights experience, I will NEVER go back again. My husband and I were going on a New Years Eve cruse and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat prior to our departure. I ordered the calamari and my husband ordered pizza. My husbands pizza was very burnt so the owner gave us (free) ranch saying it would help and so was my calamari. But because we were short on time, we decided to eat it anyway. I tried the calamari and realized that it had gone bad. I went back to the counter and the owner/manager was very sweet and apologized and asked if their was anything else I would like. I ended up ordering two slices of pizza, but when I bit the first slice, I found a hair baked into the cheese. I immediately went back to the counter. This time, the owner didn't even come out. Too greasy all around.. had to dry off my pizza with a napkin. Also ordered two pepperoni’s and a Diet Coke, attendant asked if large so I said sure. After paying I saw a sign for a special with two pepperoni slices and a medium drink. Would have saved me $4 if I had seen that. My fault for not reading over menu thoroughly, but she 100% knew what she was doing (based on her reaction when I said I would have just gotten a medium drink had I seen the special).
