Disastrous Experience - Car Towed Unjustly!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating and infuriating experience at this establishment that left me with no option but to give it the lowest rating possible. To put it bluntly, my visit here resulted in my car being towed, making it a day I'd rather forget.

I arrived at this Zpizza place with the expectation of enjoying a nice meal and some quality time with friends. Little did I know that the establishment's management had other plans for me. Despite following what I believed to be proper parking guidelines, I returned to the parking lot only to find my vehicle had been towed away. The lack of adequate signage or any form of warning made it impossible for me to anticipate this outcome.

The ordeal that followed was nothing short of a nightmare. I was forced to deal with the hassle of locating and retrieving my car from an impound lot, which was not only time-consuming but also costly. The staff at the pizza place displayed no remorse or willingness to assist me in resolving the situation. Their indifference towards my plight was truly disheartening.

Not only did this incident ruin my evening, but it also left a significant dent in my wallet. The restaurant's failure to provide clear and accessible information regarding parking regulations is inexcusable. It's astonishing how they can overlook such a crucial aspect of customer experience, leading to the unnecessary and avoidable inconvenience I endured.

I strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to be cautious. If you value your time, money, and overall peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere for a more responsible and considerate establishment. Never come to this place!!! We arrived at the pizzeria for our lanch and parked our car on the parking lot right front of the restaurant , while we we eating and spending time with our family, about 30 minutes passed, our car was towed from the parking lot, just like that, can you imagine that! they are scammers!!! Special people we’re going through the parking lot and we’re tracking people who parked and how and whether the cars are customers of the plaza or not. , and so .., It turned out that they did not notice us and while we were quietly sitting with our family in the restaurant, our car was taken away .., like that .… Can you imagine that?!! when we were back no one wanted see our restaurant receipts or give us any information regarding this situation! we just were left with the comment that these guys thought that we were not a plaza customers!!!!!!!! I wanted to warn all future customers of this pizzeria, in no case do not come here! otherwise you will be left without a car and spend more than $ 250 to return it and trust them they don't care about you at all. Store makes a good pizza, like all Z locations, but this one has a few flaws. Firstly their delivery always seems to take especially long from here. Every time I order delivery, it takes over an hour. That often means that I go pick pizza up from here instead of getting delivery. The staff at the location are pretty unprofessional. Beside being just kind of rude, they are clearly not excited to be there working. Once I was even laughed at by the cashier and cooks because the cashier handed me a bag with just my salad in it, and not the pizzas, and then I started to walk out of the store without my pizza. Apparently this was hilarious to the staff and they totally cracked up (and not in a friendly joking kind of way, more of a "look at this idiot" kind of way... So unnecessary). Also this location does not have online ordering. Why not? All other (and better) Z locations in area have online ordering. Get with the times.
