This is specifically for the business operation side. We didn't really have much issues concerning the massage.

I attempted to book a couples massage online but had to book it separately because there's no online option to book a couples massage. I mistakenly booked one on the wrong date. I called to see if they would be able to make an exception from the cancellation policy because it was an honest mistake. On both bookings, I indicated on the notes that it was intended for a couples massage, utilizing the same email and credit card.

The receptionist was less than sympathy and wouldn't budge and said something about the masseuse showing up as some sort of massive inconvenience, therefore I would have forfeit the 200 amount. But when I indicated that I would cancel the other booking, then suddenly they could be more forgiving and offer to take 75 percent off and I swallow the rest. Fine, even though, personally I didn't think it was much skin off their back. It was my mistake at the end of the day so ill take my losses.

The day of the massage, we finished our appointment. Not only did they book us for the wrong type of massage, when I went to the counter to pay, they charged me full price for everything. I inquired about the agreed amount being taken off and the receptionist indicated that nothing was noted and that she would have to contact her manager in the following days. I was okay with that and waited.

It's been a couple days, no contact, no money taken off no nothing.

If this place considered themselves to be a provider of premier services, things like these should of been resolved in a quick and reasonable manner, not this ducking and dodging unsavory practice.

I never leave reviews but I want to share what an incredible experience I had with my hydrafacial with Britney, one of the aestheticians here. First of all, the place has wonderful ambience, decorated beautifully and kept meticulously clean. As a nurse I work long shifts and my skin definitely suffers, especially during this time of year. Britney is exceptionally knowledgable, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond what I expected for my facial, took her time, answered all my questions, and personalized a skin care regimen for me based on information she gathered. My skin has never felt so supple, smooth, and has never looked this clear. My makeup goes on flawlessly and to be honest I owe it to the professionalism and products of this place. Also...I have to add I am also obsessed with the ALTH "Sweet Rescue" cream Britney recommended and I use it every day. It's not too heavy and the ingredients are organic...so it moisturizes without breaking me out or irritating my skin. I always look forward to coming here because it is the biggest stress reliever...I leave feeling and looking great!...

Definitely not a 200 dollar massage. It wasn’t the worst I have ever had, but it certainly wasn’t very enjoyable. I left pretty disappointed after paying for 2 upgrades and a 60 minute massage with a tip (which I booked because of the alleged “signature scalp massage”) which lasted about 30 seconds and felt more like an aggressive head rub than a relaxing massage. I upgraded for deep tissue and a foot treatment. I always get deep tissue massages and this was just really firm pressure with no intention or finesse behind it. It honestly hurt at times. And the foot treatment wasn’t anything special. Just an extra product I think… overall, I would say that I felt very much like just another number here. Like this place just treats clients like restaurants trying to turn tables. Reception was less than welcoming and the massage felt rushed and impersonal. I expect more when paying well for body work. This experience made me appreciate my home massage therapist just that much more, and bonus points that she’s half the price....
