This company is not like it was. Fist off there automatic withdrawal stops working and they will loss all your information then try to change you for all of the equipment at once. Them blame you for them loosing all the information or lie and say the automatic withdrawal did not go through. I have the bank watching for when they try to withdraw but they do not try and get there money. Or the there thing they did is before the they kept withdrawing on different days you would never know when they would withdraw money.. meet rude people that work there not willing to help they fully blame the customer. We even offered that we would just call in and make a payment every month due to ADzt billing department could not seem to get it fixed. Very rude and they say you must has the automatic withdrawal or you must pay all of the equipment all at once. This company if so poorly run and does NOT care about customers. Stay away from them. They play with your credit scores when they are at fault. Been dealing with this for 8 months now with the same problem ALL on there end. ...

Watch out I have been a customer for 7 years 8 months ago I found where they put my account in someone else name I was locked out of my house the cops came I had to prove it. They said that the management had been change they needed to change it back to my name now when I call they said I am only a 8 month customer and if I cancel I owe 1200$. Also the cameras only pick up and record 15 seconds after that if anything happens there is no prof I called they said I had to up garage again and get charge more. ...

Not impressed. A guy came to our door for a new home owners deal in our neighborhood. He sold us on the fact that we would only pay an installation fee (129) plus the 63 a month, he said the equipment would all be free because of the new home owners deal.
