Perfect Twin Cities style pizza! Hags has a new name but they have been making fantastic pizza since I was a kid. If you’re new to the area, Twin Cities style pizza to me is thin crust, cheese on top of the toppings and cut into squares. Hags does it right!! No barely baked pizza here. Their crust is crispy and the cheese is nicely browned. The sauce has a lot of flavor instead of the tomato paste you get at other places. They didn’t pack a bunch of frills into their location but don’t worry. They put all their passion into the pizza!

Hag's is takeout only. The pizza is outstanding. The sauce has some kick to it and it is the star of the show. The crust is thin and has just the right balance between chewy and crispy. They do not skimp on cheese or toppings and they cook the pie to perfection. Hag's is not close to home, but it's worth a trip. This is a great pizza.

Hag's was once a Savoys, so they use all the same great ingredients as the original St. Paul location that was on E 7th and HWY 52. Hag's is as close as you'll get to the taste and quality of the old downtown Savoy's. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. No dining in unfortunately, but fantastic pizza for delivery or to go.

Best pizza in town! This used to be one of the original Red's Savoy restaurants, and now the owner Terry is continuing the amazing work he's done over the past two decades.

For all of the reviews that are giving less than 5 stars to this place because it's a "new" place and no longer branded as a Red's Savoy, you should disregard them as being made by pawns of the large corporate franchise trying to ruin Terry's business or absolutely uninformed. The pizza and recipes here have been consistent and are original. Want to compare it to a current Red's Savoy? Do so. You'll find you get way more toppings, more flavorful sauce, and a pizza that weighs more. When you carry out a Hag's pizza, you know you've gotten your money's worth and that is the closest to the original Red's Savoy you can get.

Yes, the place looks like a hole-in-the-wall joint, but that makes it even better. Support local business and not a large corporate franchise who has destroyed a Twin Cities legend. Hag's pizza...

I was stunned to read Richard Aguirre's review because we had almost the same problem on December 14th. The pizza crust on the bottom was actually raw under the white layer (not even browned). Cold and raw. The food had been getting worse, especially with delivery. They must rush it out whether it is fully cooked or not if a delivery person is leaving with an order. I spoke to the guy who answered the phone and he seemed angry that I would state such a fact. We know when we want something delivered that it will take quite awhile and we were happy with that but now when it arrives under-cooked. Maybe there are all new people there now but the food is terrible. We waited until two weeks ago (February) to pick up another pizza and it wasn't up to their old...

We ordered online on our way to a family members house. They said 30 minutes, and we got there in 30 minutes. Our pizza was hot and ready! 🔥 We got a large Pep pizza with cheese bread for around 25 to 30 bucks. Prices very reasonable. The building is small. With no seating, and a few workers working their butts off behind the counter. Nice and friendly! Got our oder right away and paid with a credit card and tipped with cash. The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it is nothing special, but it doesn't need to be. The pizza and cheese bread speak for themselves. I would highly recommend! The pizza had alot of cheese, and was thinking crust...
