McDonald's — Restaurant in Newport

I dont do reviews usually but once in a while i will. This place has gotten absolutely ridiculous!! I understand getting busy messing up an order sometimes or once in a while someone having a bad day, but i was going alot when i didnt have time to cook, not that i exactly want to but it is quick. Every single time i come down here now they mess up my order weather it is busy or not, even if im the only one in line i get asked to pull forward almost every time, i get attitude constantly and rude people. It mostly was night time with two certain people but now apparently its starting to be some day people to! I am so fed up and have had enough i have been trying to avoid it latley as much as i can even tho my points and rewards are expiring and i had alot of them, there is one person who is very kind to me and listens she has tried what she can to solve these issues but she can only do so much, something needs to change here because not just myself but alot of people i know are avoiding this place and going to further ones. I live in croydon so it sucks driving out to claremont for food. This morning i got breakfast i ordered two sandwiches, two pancake breakfast just the cakes, and two hash browns, we relized they forgot one of the pancakes so i grabbed them got alot of attitude because i went back in, we went home then i relized they never put the hashbrowns in and i asked for extra syrup and there was none i tried to...

I went through the drive-through and ordered a hash brown and a sausage patty. After I completed my order, I noticed that a sausage biscuit cost .20 less than the plain patty that I ordered so I asked the girl on the microphone about it and she was surprised and just told me to talk to the person at the pay window and they would take care of it, I know that it is only .20 but it was just baffling that they charge more for less...anyway I finally made it to the pay window and mentioned it to the girl there and she was like basically what do you want me to do about it? So I said give me the sausage biscuit and she said ok. I made my way to the pick-up window and was told that I needed to pull up to pick up #2. Ok, so I do. And sit there for over 5 minutes, after it takes over 5 minutes to get from the pay window to the 1st pick-up window. After watching 3 cars that were behind me pull away with their orders I pulled up and parked and went inside to see about my order when the woman that had taken my order in the 1st place was eventually free I told her about the situation and she went in back and came out with a bag. This is the wrost McDonald's ever!!! We ordered 2 hamburgers with ketchup, 2 with ketchup & onion how hard is that? We sat down to eat and all the burgers had cheese on them, now this is at noon and they wasn't that busy. I went back to the counter and was asked by an employee if she could help me, I started that we ordered hamburgers and received cheeseburgers " let me get someone to help you" now I'm thinking isn't that what you just asked me! Anyways, the manager came over and I explained again to her what happened, rather than say I'm sorry and put an order in for us she asked "did you bring the food back" I replied it's on the table and I walked away because she couldn't get the order right either. The first lady that took our order did place it right, she came to the table with 2 new burgers (not 4) and guess what? They had friggin cheese on them again!!! By the time we got the burgers which I might add still wasn't right, 2 had no onions, the fry & soda's was gone and they was very nasty...dry, and the bun wasn't even soft. My whole disappointment in this experience is the manager, she isn't a good manager AT ALL....no I'm sorry only did you bring the food back! And the soda, condiments staion was nasty, fruit flies all over the station! Disgusting! ...
