I walked 11 miles to get here and was very excited for good food and drinks. It took us 1.5 hours to get our food even though the rooftop was basically empty. The food they brought out was thawed and cold. They had to remake everything. They forgot our drinks for 30 minutes. They also have red food colored corn chips which is strange for a high end resort. They then rang our card they had on file and brought out a bill for us to provide another card? We had to wait 35 minutes for a BOTTLED beer after being ordered and easily 20-25 for the waitress to even notice our first round was empty. Then, they “ran out of glasses” and tried to charge full price for a drink in a glass half the size. We waited another half an hour to get our check back. It wasn’t even that busy. We spoke to the woman whom I assume was the manager, only to be met with incredible hostility and disrespect as if waiting 35 minutes for a drink in a restaurant that isn’t busy is normal.
