I cannot speak more highly of my experience here! I went with a friend to get our ears pierced and it was exceptional. Greg was a true professional and made us, two very nervous women, feel extremely at ease. He was thorough, thoughtful, and patient with us and all of our questions. He not only explained the whole process and after care clearly to us before even beginning to make sure we understood what to expect. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, offering to check in with clients to ensure their piercings are healing properly and help remove when ready. The price to me and my friend felt experience reasonable to begin with but even more so given the quality and level of service and care we received. The person who was working with him (I’m sorry, I can’t remember your name!) was super friendly and kind as well and helped put us at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Highhope Newport is one of our vendors for our clothing line that we are coming out with. I am so glad that we were able to connect with them. We have so much art their and the noodle store right next this establishment. The owners have supported us from the very beginning and sells our products, as well as displays our art (not for sale). He has contacts to a database of artists and collects works that he knows will be big down the road. Our goal at Munkizm is to provide this owner with a very high degree of exposure and revenue for all the help he has done so far for us. If you don't go in and check out his work, you are missing out on a lot of talent that goes through that place. His shop sells so quickly that everything is always new and unique. I made an appointment to get my industrial done. Susie was super nice at the front desk when I went in and very positive and reassuring me it was going to be okay because I was nervous. Greg did an awesome job measuring my ear and picking the right bar for my ear size. He was quick and it was relatively painless and it looks freaking awesome. I've wanted this piercing done for more than 5 years and I'm so happy that I was able to get it done at High Hope because they did such a great job and they were so welcoming!
