If I could give zero stars I would but there’s no option for it. Was charged an open food and credit card fee. Didn’t eat there got take out. No clue what and open food fee is. Ordered a calzone and it was smaller than my wife’s panini! Calzone was listed as having mozzarella and ricotta cheese, I ordered it with ham in it. No ricotta just about a pound of mozzarella and a couple pieces or deli ham thrown in the top of the bread(whole pieces not even cut up!) sauce that comes with it was bitter and burnt. Wife’s panini (Brooklyn Panini) did Not even more than a table spoon of the “ balsamic glaze” on it if you can call it that. A couple thin pieces of grilled (frozen then thawed out of bag) chicken and WAY TO MUCH “roasted” peppers. And it’s supposed to come with fries she maybe got 10 soggy shoe string fries. Very poor customer service. When you call and state yo have a coupon they ask for the expiration date, even though its their very own coupon and not a manufacturer's coupon. Then when i get there, i forgot my coupon at home and told the blonde girl at the counter that i will bring it when i pick up my son from school. She refused to let it slide and stated that You Must have the coupon NOW. This is rediculous, i am a regular customer, i by twice a week, spend $40-$50 and this is the treatment I get. It makes me reconsider my money spent and go to Dominick's.

It was $80 I spent and nothing was good from there ckicken parmesan over spaghetti to there mozzarella sticks and garlic knots it was just bad me and my family couldn't eat it

The sauce is NOT good It's watery and tested off

Everything in every meal wasn't good in one or more ways the ckicken parmesan over spaghetti the sauce was bed the ckicken itself was bad the spaghetti it's self would have been fine on its own without anything

We all got sick after eating it and most of it wasn't eaten ans it was thrown away $80 in the trash
