I have been a customer at this place for years the food is really good but it’s so sad that is going down hill, tonight was a total disappointment, the last time I was there they gave me someone else’s order luckily I was around the corner when I noticed went back and the cashier was “ oh someone else already bit your sub”. She seemed to imply that I should still take it and just eat around the part someone else had eaten. What kind of customer service is that? Anyway I asked for a refund since I could not wait for another sandwich to be made, tonight I ended up even more disappointed I can even say frustrated. Tonight my order was wrong again I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub with the basics lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber and feta cheese but to my surprise I got a chicken parm sub with some Buffalo sauce, lettuce , cucumbers, tons of marinara sauce and onions. To be honest it looks like they made a mistake and then “tried” to fix it without fixing it, it was just ridiculous, when you buy something you expect to get what you ordered, so sadly tonight you lost a regular customer.

Had to give a second review because this restaurant consistently satisfies! It’s Spring and the cool nights call for Tom’s Sicilian pizza. Their fluffy, crunchy crust digests easy and portions are generous. We recommend the sausage, peppers and onions. Perfect game day steak and cheese! We got ours with mushrooms and jalapeno and it was delicious. The bread holds up to the juicy steak, perfectly balanced with the right amount of melted cheese. Tom’s Pizza is a must for satisfying steak and cheese! They are a Family owned business ❤️

From Kansas, giving Boston pizza a try. Ordered 1/2 cheese and 1/2 BBQ chicken. BBQ chicken fell apart immediately. Disappointed. Picture shows how much of the pizza we had to scrape off the plate. Cheese pizza was average, didn’t blow me away. Dough was really chewy and the crust barely had a crunch. My friends said the cheese pizza sauce was too sweet. Otherwise it was tasty enough to eat! Better than Pizza Hut but not better than my favorite local place back home.

Meh, it’s OK if you’re in a pinch. Tastes OK: certainly not the worst I’ve had, but DEFINITELY not the best as their pizza is really really greasy. I second with the other reviewer that said it gave her and her family heart burn and nausea. I mean, I’m not super nauseated right now, nor have heartburn I can’t tolerate...but I definitely don’t feel swell. Again, it’s okay if you’re in a pinch. I was tired myself after a long day but it was getting late and this was the closest place. But if you have the time and energy, definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Side-note: for those who don’t mind a little drive, Oak Hill Pizza in Newton is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had, no joke, and trust me when I say that I take my pizza seriously lol. Like the name suggests, it’s in the Oak Hill village of Newton. Yes, it’s on the other side of Newton, but in reality it’s only a 15min drive and a quick hop on/off route 95 for me, and I’m right in Auburndale. Personally, I’d still make this my go-to spot even if I moved to Cambridge lol, but in general it’s DEFINITELY worth a try. I’m super picky about my go-to places, and it’s rare I ever praise a place to the extent of writing about them in other pizza restaurant’s reviews lmao, so I highly recommend...

Tried the place for first time in part because of generally positive reviews on Google. However, my experience with 3 items left me with a very modest impression. I tried a Gyro, a chicken parmesan sub and a Buffalo chicken pizza. It seems over priced for the mediocre quality of the items above. The pizza was burdened with way too much cheap hot sauce which resulted in a very wet and salty rather than flavorful pizza. The gyro meat was a dry and the yogurt sauce so timid and stale that it made me wonder if it was even an attempt at Tzatziki sauce, not a hint of cucumber. The pita was a poor imitation. Regarding the sub, the chicken and sauce were passable but not the bread, it was lacking all-around. The service was prompt and friendly and I may give them...
