Let me just start by saying, I’ve been coming here since you guys opened about a year ago. I’ve never had a complaint until recently. Now, I’m not one to speak all negative things, so before I voice my complaints and explain why I have given you one star let tell you why I love the place. The atmosphere before recent has always been upbeat and super friendly. The crew is always so engaging and give each customer one on one genuine conversation. The store is always clean and you constantly see someone running to clean the dining room or just check on customers eating. This store alone HAD a great crew and the best customer service local area wide. My family and I have always enjoyed coming here to eat and get to know the crew very well. Now it seems as if there are only 2 familiar faces left,everyone else is new. I can probably guess why. Matt is absolutely terrible. The last time I came and he served me I was very displeased. I made sure to grab his name. He so boisterously added he was the “general manager.” He is very rude, impatient, and the guy is down right mean to the team. Please forgive me I didn’t catch the others name but it’s a young black woman there whose been there for as long as I’ve been coming. He talks her like dirt. I’ve seen him be very harsh to her and threatening. What sparked this review is recently when I was there the other day grabbing food for me and my family. He was very quiet towards me, he practically forced himself to have a conversation with me but was very short and clearly irritable. He misunderstood something I said when it came to putting the ingredients on one of my sandwiches, I told him I didn’t want vinegar on one and he put vinegar on it anyway.I politely corrected him about it and he practically through a fit. He offered to remake it in a harsh tone but I said no. The young black woman came in I’m assuming from break. He had a problem with her instantly. The poor girl tried to explain and defend herself about something but he talked to her so disrespectful while demanding her to be respectful!!! He then told her he was making her go home early! This is one incident. He is very much what Angie said on her post, highly egotistical. One time I’ve come in and there where two younger white women who had to be new and the shorter loud gentlemen with the tatto of Ironman on his arm. He was barking orders to them while moving so slow himself. He is very very snappy at the gentleman with the tattoo on his arm. He has a real “do what the hell I say or else,” kind of attitude. He is not nice or engaging to talk to. He practically lingers over the crew making sure they don’t make a mistake but embarrasses them by correcting them in front of everyone arrogantly. It’s a surprise people work there still with his poor management. Lastly, I agree with the previous bad review. The man has to be on some kind of narcotics. He moves slow every time I see him working, he constantly foams at the mouth while talking!! He damn near spits in your food while talking!!! His eyes are low and glossy or really red. He is always short tempered. You guys have a great crew other than that guy. I asked his name so that you can directly deal with him. I still will go to the shop because I love the food and rest of the crew but I will avoid him and warn others...
Read moreI have been going to this location since the second day it was open. It has usually been a great experience with great food and I would rate it 5 stars. I eat here or get a sandwich to go a couple times a month. However, recently the food is good, when you can get it. In the last 3.5 weeks, I have been in this location 4 times and each time they are "out of bread" of some type or you can only get a regular when you want a giant because they only have pieces left. Sunday afternoon went in there to get a sandwich and they were completely out of all bread...What?!? This is a sandwich shop right? Each time the excuse is they got busy. If you want to stay busy, maybe you should have some product to sell. In the evening, at around 730, they have also been out of bread...and not making anymore for the night when they are open till 9. How much can a couple loaves of bread cost you if they have to be thrown out, but you have selection and variety for your customers. Read moreMy wife and I have eaten JM subs every weekend for two months. Always order online for in-store pickup. Until today, all has gone well. Todays order went to another store, and that stores order went to this one. Orders had the same first name but different last names. No big deal, right? Well apparently it was for this store. I was told to go to the other store to get my refund. This is after I made a second order at this store figuring I wouldn’t have to pay another $30 for the mistake. The employee walked away from me when I was persistent about the refund. Not sure which was the manager on duty, but no one was willing to assist with this. It wasn’t my fault the on-line order went to another store. It would have cost me $30 in time and gas to retrieve my refund. You got me for an extra $30 today. Enjoy it.
