McDonald's — Restaurant in Niceville

Went to the drive thru on Friday and waited in line for at least 20 minutes till the cars finally started to move. When I put in our order. I told the worker I wanted a burger plain and he told me they only have cheeseburgers which wasn’t true since I ordered that all the time. So I told him to make sure to put no cheese on it. Went to the window and told him again to make sure there’s no cheese on the sandwich and he lied in front of my face and said he checked and there was no cheese on them. Drove up to the fence to check my family’s food and not only was there cheese on both the burgers but our other sandwich was wrong and they forgot the whole Big Mac sandwich that came with the Big Mac meal that I ordered. So I had to go back to the line, waited a while so all the fries got cold. Told them what I was missing and that took for ever as well. I don’t know why they were slow that day. We went around 4 PM and that time of day is usually better but for some reason they did terrible that day, not sure if it’s because of new crew or what, but that was the worst experience I had so far, and the male worker that was working needs to get his act right or get fired, because he was rude and lied all the same. I drove up to the speaker, and they asked if they could take my order. I asked them for a minute. I was looking at the menu, and immediately, a male voice came on. Are you ready? "I replied with I would let him know when I was ready to order. When I ordered, he continued to ask medium or large. I said whatever it comes with. He said, "Do you want a medium fry and large drink? Once again, I repeated just what it comes with. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier did not understand how to enter charge into the register to just give me $5.00 back. When I got to the second window, they handed me a drink and a bag. I decided to speak with the manager. Her explanation to me was that she's never worked with this girl, but she would talk to her. Her attitude was I really don't care. When I drove off, I decided to look at the food when I pulled up to the school. The fry cartoon was not full, and they were cold and should have been trashed. I had asked for extra pickles on the Big Mac, and there were 3, but it was drenched in sauce, and the patties were scorched. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. When you have a growing boy who refuses to eat any food, you know it's bad! Everything went into the trash...

Yesterday, 13 Sept 2014, I visited the drive thru and ordered a Fruit and Maple oatmeal and a Sausage Mcgriddle, hash brown, and coffee. When I got home with the order, my wife informed me that there was no maple in the oatmeal. We decided since they were kinda busy, someone had just forgot to add the Maple in.

Today 14 Sept 2014. we again went thru the drive thru and ordered the same thing and I asked the ordered taker to be sure that the Maple was put in the oatmeal this time and explained what happened yesterday. After getting meal at the drive thru window, I pulled around to the side and my wife tried the oatmeal to check if it had the fruit and maple as per advertised and our request. NO IT DID NOT HAVE THE MAPLE AGAIN. I went inside with the oatmeal and explained to the counter person the problem, they made me another oatmeal with maple and fruit. Two times in two days and they can't seem to get it right.

I just love the taste of their biscuit and gravy, but i don't order it any more because they do not put enough gravy on...
