Starbucks — Restaurant in Niceville

I travel 7 counties doing television repair and when I am able, I stop at random Starbucks locations and get my favourite coffee made.

With that said, in the last month and a half, this is the only location in said 7 counties that seems to be able to make my coffee perfect. Not some of the time, not part of the time, but every time! Julia-my FAVORITE Magical Brista, Rachel The Manager, Rachel an amazing Brista, and Maddie another great Brista are by far some of the most amazing coffee makers on the Emerald Coast!

I don't know what training this location does that the other Starbucks in our area don't do but the other Starbucks need to take notes because Niceville has got it going on!! I'm now so spoiled that, well, I refuse to go to any other location but this to get my absolutely perfect Specialty White Chocolate Mocha!

Thank you for taking your job seriously and having integrity in your work ladies and gentlemen, you actually care and it shows in every cup! 🥰🤗 We locals are noticing the drastic difference so please keep up...

This was my worst experience at a Starbucks! Cashier did not have a welcome face on, he didn't even great me. But let's not even mention the person who handed me my cold coffee drink, she also had a snotty face as she handed me my cold coffee that she did not stirr, I could clearly see the coffee at the bottom and the creamy flavor at the top, and she also didn't thank me for my business, no have a good day or nothing. I'm not quick to mention racism with poor service, but I feel deep down inside this was the case asi noticed how other Caucasian customers we greated and treated. I had said to myself that I will never visit another Starbucks. If it wasn't for a Starbucks gift certificate from a customer, I wasn't going back to Starbucks. I went to the location near Commons drive in Destin, and let me tell you, these two Caucasian young girls greated and treated me with exceptional service. Order’s been wrong each time I’ve gone for about a year now. So wrong that when I order for multiple people, we all have to salvage information from the labels to figure out which drink is closest to what we actually ordered.

Today someone I ordered for got a mysterious concoction of decaf espresso (somehow) in a half-filled venti cup of ice, the wrong type of milk entirely. They originally ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte with three shots of espresso. Sizes were wrong, receiving much smaller than ordered. I received two small frappes instead of a venti hot latte.

This place is a bit like spending $20+ on a mystery grab-bag.

Staff has been extremely friendly every visit, and I’m assuming things are as hectic here as they are with every business. This was around 2pm, so, not too terribly busy in this instance. I’ll give it some time and return later...
