Arby's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

We stopped for dinner after my daughter's dentist appointment my husband's Burger was completely raw they had forgotten a fry they forgot to make my peach lemonade there was literally five people trying to do the drive-thru job with two cars and drive-thru there was one other couple there besides us my kids chicken sliders was so hard they could not eat them it looked like they have been cooked for hours the girl at front tried to get ugly and was like oh I could say something but I'm not going to when my husband was asking for his raw Burger to be replaced then I informed them that there was no ketchup out front they said that they have been trying to get out there for a while to put it out but couldn't and still didn't even though we were halfway through the meal the girl that tried to catch an attitude went to the bathroom at least three times in the in 20 minutes that we was at our table to come out sniffling her nose, rubbing it It seemed like the workers that were there tonight on December 6th was extra energized and all trying to do the same job without doing any of their jobs, we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes trying to order then in the middle of ordering they was getting distracted doing other things we will never again eat there. I will also be calling the Health department to report that they were feeding prople raw meat he was halfway through it before he realized that it was completely raw then the girl at front tried to tell us that it was supposed to look like that like I'm not 35 and I've been cooking for over 20 years I know meat is not supposed to be bloody and raw. It was literally the worst experience that we've ever had at a restaurant waste of $40. I could take their chicken sliders and beat them on the table and they was...

I know pictures can be deceiving but I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar. There was 1 half piece of bacon on it. I also ordered an Ultimate BLT and asked for swiss cheese. There was a piece of cheese about the size of a playing card on the entire sandwich. I called to complain and I was told that the beef and cheddar comes with 2 HALF slices of bacon. Look at the pictures...don't think so. So I told him that after paying over $23 for 2 sandwiches and a large fry that I could have went to Applebees and gotten a steak, so I will know better next time, he said, "OK, have a nice night!" and hung up. That place is expensive as it is so they should make the sandwiches the way they portray them in their photos on the website. And if you have a complaint, you could offer a discount on your next order or something. Or at least offer an apology. I didn't ask for a refund or anything and it was almost 8pm and I didn't want to use my gas to go back and have them fix it. Because apparently there wasn't anything to fix..that is the way they make them even though the pictures show PLENTY of meat. That is their slogan after all... WE HAVE THE MEATS! Brian needs to do something about his evening management staff. Next time Ill take my $25 bucks and get a full slice of cheese on my sandwich and 2 slices of bacon instead of 2 HALF slices. Another thing I rarely do is eat out or eat fast food. Tonight however I ran through Arby's on S.Main st. Nicholasville. They have these sliders on the cheap.

1 thing I get is the hot ham & ch. Should have been under $3. My issue tonight was being charged an EXTRA .40 cents to have them keep their (more expensive) Swiss ch & use a cheddar instead. I hate swiss! Yeah...NO problems....we can do that....

What, wait, how much was it again? Could you repeat that for me please? Almost $7 bucks for 2 sliders. With an extra charge of. 80 cents to have the lesser cheddar instead of swiss!

Did I miss something? How is this ok with anybody! Arby's might as well reach into my pocket book through the window and take what it wants on top of what I'm paying through the window.

Oh hell no! Out of principle I canceled the order apologized to the employee (isn't his fault). I will never, ever, pull into the parking lot of Arby's!

That owner should be ashamed. I totally get making a buck and keeping a business going but THIS is straight up highway robbery!

I hope he/she somehow sees this.
