We are regular customers and my son put an order in on Sunday night November 17,24 around 7:50 or so for a carry out . My daughter ran in to pick up around 8:15 or so . I watched her sit down and wait even though it was supposed to be ready in 15 mts or so .she was told it was a few more minutes.I.watched the clock and watched inside where a girl was so slow taking her time to do everything .and either forgot about our order or has no clue how to properly do a carryout. Even the delivery driver left with an order and returned quicker . He at least noticed we were still there waiting and was wondering what was wrong. By this time I went in and asked the guy at the counter ' why has it been over 45 mts to get this order in the oven?' He basically had no clue or was just ignoring the situation as I told him we had put the order in long ago and it is still not done?? He just mumbled ' oh we are swamped'? I told him regardless a carryout order should have been put in long before the other orders? And, I know this because I used to work for Domino's. He offered no apology or had any good customer service skills. The order finally came out and I thought we had a 2 liter of coke too but it was not on the receipt he handed me. There were no sticker orders on the 4 item order either..So I told him since we waited so long and for the inconvenience of it all he should give me the coke. He still ignored that until I spoke up and said 'That's not how you take care of a regular long time customer when apparently they messed up and you always make sure the carryout is put in at the correct time before you just randomly do whatever else .I understand mistakes can happen .But, to completely ignore and not admit there was a mistake or offer any kind of apology or credit is ridiculous! Was going to use the $5.99 coupon and order a bunch of food. Mgr took order, never said anything about not being able to use the coupon and refused to let us use it. So, we didn't get anything from them that night. Called corporate office twice. Finally the franchise owner called me himself. He tried to offer to cook our food himself. We demanded our $30 back in cash. Said OK. Stopped by after 4 pm that day he said to. The mgr was there as well. Owner told him to give us the cash back. Mgr got mad but grudgingly handed over the cash Have not ordered from them again. We like Domino's but not enough to deal with that mgr. The delivery driver answered the phone. He said he would look for my order. I waited for about 2 minutes and the phone disconnected. I tried to call back, but no one would answer. I waited a few and tried again. It was about 30 minutes till closing. Never could get an answer. They closed, never got my food. It was all paid for off of my bank card. Now all delivery places are closed and we never got dinner. I wasn't even upset that it was late. I know businesses are struggling right now.
