Fazoli's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

The Fazolis in Nicholasville by superb management. Tammy has turned that restaurant into one of the best eatery in town not only delicious great food but friendly hometown service. I should know because Fazolis is a client of mine but also Tammy is my wife. So I know truly the long hours, sacrificed everything to make that store what is. If you don't keep management like Tammy then you won't have a restaurant like Fazolis in Nicholasville. I'd like to see Tammy move up even farther in her company to supervisor to even beyond that because I know, seen first hand, learned and watch this store become what is today. I can only imagine what Tammy to rise even farther in her company to make Fazolis one or could possibly turn it into one of the best fast food restaurants across United States. I've seen her do things literally stunning her supervisors that they know when it comes to feeding a community it's as if she made each dish herself along with the right trained staff individually is how they opeate but as a team over seeing every dish to every item on the menu hot delicious right to your table. Go see for yourself and if you haven't ate Fazolis there in Nicholasville your missing out trust me 100 % positive energy pride and all out fined tuned Management and Stuffn21+to Stand for local businesses and your sounding counties to all of franchises on every street in a America I know because I've watch a many restaurants and I've seen first hand It's also safe haven for young men and women in or out of school they know that Tammy oversee each one right down to their safety I Brian Keith Rice highly recommend Fazolis don't take my word for it. You be the Judge now...

While I've always enjoyed Fazoli's, this past visit was far too annoying and frustrating not to leave a review.

We ordered our meal, which was the lunch special with 2 spaghettis /w extra marinara on each. We got a large coke with that special and bread sticks on the side. My girlfriend got a sub with a house salad.

The problems started from the beginning. She went to give me the large drink and told me it was diet. The receipt even says coke. I gave it back and told her it was supposed to be a large coke and a medium dr pepper (GFs drink). She gave it back to me shortly after, but when I got it in the car, there was an ant right below the lid, which is pretty nasty. Having ants is bad enough, but it clearly says there long enough for the ant the crawl up the entire side to the underside of the lid. I feel like any restaurant should have any pests and ants under control. This is a food handling restaurant after all and there clearly are ants on the surface where drinks are sitting and it brings into question whether there are ants elsewhere in the facility.

After we got home, I realised that neither spaghetti had extra marinara, essentially ruining them as who can eat spaghetti near bone dry.

The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively about Fazoli's. I suggest to others to literally spend all the time you want in the drive through and inspect every item to insure it is both clean and also the way you ordered it.

This is second time I have posted this. I was contacted and asked for my info after the first time, but no other response after sending that info. I don't see the first review anywhere either. May have been deleted. They are always out of everything and will not answer phone or help when you try to contact the store. ..... During our most recent visit: The food portions were not correct and the pasta in the loaded fettuccine alfredo was spaghetti noodles..the portion was not the normal dinner size we had before, of the same dish. They could not tell me if the house or chicken topped salad had romaine lettuce in it. By the time they were done discussing things and what they were out of, that we were going to order, My coupon code on my phone timed out and went away. The cashier was not knowledgeable of anything. I used to work at and was a manager of fast food when I was younger. This was not acceptable. My husband had worked late and ordered this loaded fettuccine for his dinner and with it only being half the size that it should have been and no bread sticks included, he had to make something from his weekly lunch things in order to have enough for dinner. We have been there several times over the past 2 months and they are always ' out of ' what we went there for. Horrible service and horrible...
