McDonald's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

i ordered a quarter pounder with only mayo add bacon through my app. I got the burger & it was not customized at all & i was upset so i called them & asked for a refund or resolution of some kind & she assured me that i could come back anytime & tell them my name & they would make the burger for free. I just went back through & did that but she argued with me & acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about then when i showed her the call log of when i spoke to her & my order on the app, she told me she spoke with a lady who told her it was a double cheeseburger, therefore she will not make the quarter pounder even though i showed her the order from yesterday on the app. I, like a lot of people right now don’t have the money to be wasting on food that’s not made correctly. I am floored at how she treated me, i didn’t get her name but she said she was a manager. There was no reason for the level of attitude i just received just trying to get the food i paid for that was messed up. i was never rude to them or even neutral. I was very nice & apologized for “being this person” 3x because i hate to do stuff like that. It’s a cheeseburger, please get a grip lady. It will never be so serious that you need to fight with someone who is showing you proof of what happened over a cheeseburger. I never make reviews, but I went to my McDonald’s on the south side of Nicholasville this morning and they was way backed up so I decided to drive to this McDonald’s this morning. Big mistake. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve never liked that McDonald’s and I should have stuck with that but anyways, I ordered a vanilla ice coffee with a sausage cheese biscuit. The ice coffee was nasty, but bearable. My biscuit on the other hand was absolutely terrible. It was literally crunchy hard. You could tell it was very old and barely heated up, which surprised me because you’d think all these people coming to McDonald’s in the morning would make it to where they have to make things fresh but I guess not. Total waste of money. And this has happened on several occasions, it’s why I never liked that McDonald’s. But now I will never be going there again I took a chance on them one last time and yet again they have disappointed me! And yes I am mad because I’m only able to get breakfast ever so often! I had lunch today at this McDonald's and it was awful. I had a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and the beef patties were so salty I almost asked them to redo it, but given the service I received for dining in I was skeptical it would've been different, had they re-made my burger. I ordered at the kiosk, for here, inputted my table tent number and sat down at a table. My order was called out at the front counter for pickup, it was in a bag, no tray. I went back to my seat and began eating and I couldn't believe how awful the burger was. The fries were OK, and the dining room/restrooms were clean. I had to drink a lot of Sprite to get that burger down because I was hungry, and I didn't want to go somewhere else for time's sake. Next time I want a burger on this side of town I'm going to Culver's or Wendy's, this McDonald's has lost all my faith in their product.
