Spark — Restaurant in Nichols Hills

My coworker recommended this place for lunch today, he absolutely kept raving about it. This location is very close to the Chesapeake Campus, well within walking distance. Upon entry, I was delighted to discover a very neat upscale dining area with several different options for seating. Classic rock was playing and the volume was low enough to enjoy while still being able to have a conversation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Placing my order at the counter was straight forward with a text notification of when my order was ready. Today I chose the double Spark Burger and my coworker split an order of queso fries. The burger was juicy and delicious. The order of queso fries was generous enough to split between about 4 people but it was very good. They're crinkle cut fries are lightly seasoned and crisp. Stopped in with the family for dinner. Prices are about $10 a person, but you would spend that anywhere else. Patties were thick and juicy, buns were like delicious pillows. Our son likes his burgers plain a dry, just meat and bread. When they brought us our food, his burger had cheese on it. I mentioned it to one of the staff and they apologized and brought us a new burger in just a few minutes. We have been to other places where they get upset with us and tell us we ordered the burger wrong, not here though. The staff was super friendly, even going so far as to tell us how we could make some changes to our order to save a little money.

And their cookie custard with cookie butter is DELICIOUS!!! They said it ends in December so hurry in.

May 23, 2025 Friday Have been wanting to try the Spark up near OKC's Costco for ages but stopped by this one instead since I was around Nicholas Hills. It was alright!
