Too many young, inexperienced people running this place, it seams like the owners or upper management are not involved. Staff taking orders is lost and confused, they don’t know the menu (at least the girl helping me out). It was my first time there, my order was taken, when I asked questions about the menu the person helping me had no idea and she kept on asking the girl next register over. Also they don’t repeat your order back to you like it’s done at a lot of places which helps avoid order errors. Once I finished placing my order there was no thank you and no direction what to do further. The girl next register over looked miserable, I approached her because she had no customer and I asked a question about part of my order missing she answered but once again no sorry no thank you but annoyed that she even had to help me. My take out order was incorrect so I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. I wasn’t looking for anything free I just wanted to let them know that there needs to be more training, attention to detail or better process at the front. First thing manager said to me was “we can refund you money for the order” i explained that I’m not looking for free food and I would like for the process at the front to be fixed (so I can be a returning customer and obviously this improves them as a business). Managers response was “she probably didn’t hear you”. That is a prime example of inexperienced manager, you brush off the customer instead of reassuring that you are running a fantastic restaurant and any feedback matters and will be addressed. Read moreVery rude morning staff , I walked in requesting a iced latte with a little extra milk, the girl who normally makes my drink had another girl make my latte and she added way too much milk to my latte, as she was adding I said that’s allot of milk she stopped making the latte with a full attitude starts to make the new one I said it’s fine I can take the one you started she didn’t bother to listen and this time comes up to the counter with empty cup pours milk and says tell me when to stop? I said excuse me that’s not how you make a latte , she then continues to the back counter from their starting to add ice to the cup ( with out any coffee or expresso added ) she adds two ounces of ice and looks at me says is that enough for you ! Extremely rude lady! I said to her that’s not how you make a latte and you’re wasting my time . She then adds some coffee to the cup that’s barely full the way it should be and hands it over to me rolling her eyes and walked away. I’m a local Iv been to this spot many times with my family and this is first time I’m being treated so rude, I called to speak to manager or owner and they kept hanging the phone up on me finally spoke to a lady supposed to be the manager saying sorry about all this I will speak to the staff. I don’t want anyone to have hard time but jeez why work in a customer service position if your going to be this rude ! It was Mother's Day so it was busy as expected. I was waiting in line behind two other customers that we're waiting to order food to dine in as well. After I waited for about ten minutes, the woman at the cashier asked for anyone that is ordering food to stand in another area and start a new line so they could take care of those just ordering donuts quickly. Made sense so we all stepped aside. I waited, and waited, and waited, watching customer after customer get service and attention, and I just got ignored. 20 minutes later, TWENTY MINUTES, after waiting in the same line continuing to get ignored, I patiently asked the cashier if I can please place my order for food. Her response was "We are not taking any more food orders and the kitchen is cut off." Are you kidding me? After waiting for 30 minutes with my husband and a baby, they then had the nerve to tell me that?! It was beyond unprofessional to continue to ignore the customers waiting for food and not say a word to any of us! They were honestly probably waiting for us to leave so they didn't have to deal with the uncomfortable situation of telling us that we were waiting for no reason and were never going to get served. To not even offer anything at all for the inconvenice and for my great patience on my very first Mother's Day is disappointing and greatly unappreciated!...
