Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Niles Township

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered three pizzas and wings “well done”. In the past they’ve been under cooked but they were burnt tonight. We called to complain and instead of apologizing we were told it was our fault. If well done means burnt why was one under, one half well done, and the rest burnt… Would have loved just a sincere apology but was told that we would probably still eat the pizzas and even if we brought it back it would be deemed well done like we asked for. Half our guests didn’t eat. The kids were forced to eat half the slices that weren’t fully dried out and hard, seemed somewhat edible. Service is ridiculous. We even said we’d send pictures or bring them the next day since we don’t live near. Will never be giving this location our money. At least Dominos throws in a new pizza and a refund. Beyond dissatisfied with the food but more disappointed with the workers here. It’s just pizzas, like be for real. We ain’t asking for free new ones, just a refund and an apology for a waist of time and money. Ino Hernandez… should be re educated on customer service and how to...

If I could give less then a star I would! They never brought my pizza and then had the audacity to blame me and tell me it's my fault?!

The guy told me I never answered my phone or buzzer. The buzzer system at my apartment is old and loud. So much so the tenants living by it can hear when someone uses it. So I walked up and asked if anyone had used it and guess what?! NOPE!

I am losing my hearing so I have a bluetooth system in my house that alerts me to the doorbell AND my phone. INSTEAD of using proper customer service, I was blamed and told "I'm not going to argue with you." No offer to quickly remake the food or even comp for a future order. I am a GM for a restaurant myself and this is absurd.

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for some time now but the quality and customer service has really dropped off. The pizza tastes hardly cooked and soggy bc it is covered with a plastic bag. I am not sure why they are doing this because it ruins the pizza. Last time I ordered they messed up my order. It was supposed to be one cheese and one bbq pizza but they put marinara on. When I called to let them know they acted like I was a liar and were making jokes and laughing. They wanted me to pick it up and I told them no bc this was not my fault and I paid money for this garbage that no one wants to eat now. Not to mention I didn’t feel good. Not ordering from this place anymore that do not care about what they are doing and treat customers...
