Brothers Food Market INC. — Local services in Niles Township

I’ve had enough of the awful attitude at Brothers Market. The customer service is consistently terrible, and it starts at the top. The manager’s wife, who seems to be running things part-time, acts like helping customers is the biggest inconvenience of her day. She’s rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t want to be there and she makes sure everyone knows it.

Every time we try to buy something, we’re met with attitude, eye rolls, and zero effort to be polite or helpful. It's like we're doing her a favor by shopping there, not the other way around. The rest of the staff doesn't seem much better , the whole place gives off the vibe that customers are a nuisance.

It’s not just bad service, it’s disrespectful, and it makes people not want to come back. A local market should care about the community it serves, but Brothers Market clearly doesn’t. If they don’t want customers, they’re doing a great job...

This is one of the best grocery stores I’ve been to in illinois. Super clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of fresh produce, halal meats, and authentic Middle Eastern products you can’t find everywhere. The prices are fair, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming—always ready to help customers find what they need. You can tell they really care about their community and customers. I’ve been shooting at that store more than 10 years and I love it now I would like to share my experience it’s such an amazing one stop to shop they have everything from the Middle East and more their price very reasonable compared to other places everything fresh the store very clean.
