Taco Bell — Restaurant in Niles Township

Ordered through uber eats. The order was for the chicken quesadilla, cheesy fiesta potatoes and a chalupa craving box. The craving box included a medium Sierra Mist, chalupa supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, nacho cheese Doritos locos tacos (.82 extra) & finally the chips and guacamole (.57 extra). The delivery itself was horrible, the location took over an hour to PREPARE the food. The delivery was estimated for 45 minutes, but instead took over an hour and 30mins. By the time the food arrives, it was already all cold and some things were soggy. Starting with the chicken quesadilla, it was more chicken then cheese (which I’m not complaining about) and overall came together quite well. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were a great snack once you mixed it all together! As for the craving box, the chalupa supreme barely had any beef in it, the beefy 5 layer burrito was very flavorful & as for the nacho cheese Doritos locos taco it was a complete disappointment. The shell was not crunchy, it was soggy and just overall horrible. Finally, the chips and guacamole was a lovely side dish. Overall if the food didn’t take so long to be prepared and sent out, I’m sure this could of been a much MUCH...

Going in here is always convenient and also a really good experience, particularly in the drive thru. Their drive through, despite the long lines, moves fast, and it was really a relief when I went in there because I thought I would still have to wait an hour or so for my turn. The employees in the drive through are also very nice, friendly, and polite. This location of Taco Bell is definitely the location where I encountered these kinds of employees. I really like what they have. The wait for the food after ordering was also not too long, and it was already ready after a few minutes. I couldn't be happier right now after seeing how delicious, fresh, and hot the food was. I basically ordered a crunchy taco supreme and a burrito supreme. I thought I would not be able to finish it all, but I could not resist how delicious and inviting the food looked, and I ended up eating it all and feeling full and satisfied afterwards. I’m not sure who was working on Sunday, 6/30/2024 - but all of the staff working there deserve a raise or some sort of promotional benefit for working that day. They were severely understaffed, the drive thru line was almost into the street/severely backed up, and we were another added work to their already busy shifts (an online order).

When we got to the window to confirm our order everyone was polite and professional, and I could tell they were working hard to get the job done and make sure that we were helped and our order was taken care of. We pulled forward and everything was correct and the food was ready to go with little-to-no wait at all.

I honestly cannot thank you all enough - it is unfair and exhausting to be so understaffed and overworked, but everyone handled it perfectly (in my opinion).

Just came here to say that and give you all the praise you deserve.
