Clean, well-decorated, comfortable, prompt and friendly service and outstanding food. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the meal. To be honest, we were a bit surprised. A lot of times, high-quality pho comes with steeper prices, shoddy service or questionable hygiene. However, Pho Phu Linh hit every mark perfectly. The spring roll was fresh, delicate and large. The Pho broth was complex and rich without being, well, too ethnic is the best way I can put it. Some people enjoy meals made with parts of the cow that are traditionally not served to Americans. And that's great if you like that sort of thing. We don't, but the broth and the parts of meat that were plentifully included were savory without being adventurous. A wide variety of sauces are available and all the bottles were clean--no drips left around the necks. The bowls and plates were in good condition-no chips or major scratches. It's the kind of attention to detail we'd expect in much higher price restaurants. Kudos to the owners and wait staff....

Honestly, pretty okay Pho and Fried Rice. Just another average restaurant.

The problem we had is that we also ordered smoothies. The menu specifically states "all smoothies come with tapioca." These smoothies are $4.95 for reference.

Alas, our smoothies came with none. When we questioned the waiter and (presumably) the manager, they both stated that "we should have asked for tapioca," that it was the price "with or without," and that it would've taken 30 minutes to cook the tapioca.

Our waiter never questioned whether we were okay waiting 30 minutes, or even if we wanted tapioca at all; he just brought us our smoothies.

Given, we came in an hour before close, and that we specifically never ASKED for tapioca in the smoothies (we just ordered the smoothies with the menu saying that they all come with them); I just find it very misleading and a bit predatory honestly.

That, and the waiter told us as we were walking out the door to "next time" specify whether we wanted tapioca or not.

Yeah, probably not a next...

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this restaurant really had me thinking...service was awful. Took five minutes to get water and a while after to take our order. Pho came out pretty quick but they forgot my smoothie. I have now realized never to order sushi at a restaurant like this as it took 45 minutes to come out with just three other tables. The sushi was awful, mango was terrible, mayo was watery, and the tuna looked the wrong color. Pho and smoothie were great though. However the terrible service and long wait times made this experience poor. Then everyone who worked there just started watching TV together. It took 10 minutes for them to box up our sushi (which we threw away right after) and started pouring coffee or something in the middle of wrapping up our sushi. I waited one day after to post this as I wanted to see if I got food poisoning from the sushi. I took a stomach pain medication...

I ordered vegan bàhn mí with tofu for carry out. It was fresh and delicious. I always want to support vegan choices on menus however this review would have gotten five stars had there been sauces typically found available in Vietnamese restaurants in the bag. There were no sauces in the bag when I got home. Also, if you freeze tofu before defrosting it makes a more meatier texture. Marinade the tofu for vegan servings would had added more flavor. Hopefully they will consider these suggestions as room for improvement. At least put some sriracha sauce in the bag. It would have made the meal so much better.

Pho Phu Linh makes some of the best pho I've ever had. I ordered the 203- pho with round steak and brisket and a side order of spring rolls. My husband had something similar, but added calamari and shrimp, as well as a spicy tuna roll. We were SO satisfied and stuffed after eating. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the upcharge for added items in the pho was ridiculous- I think it was an extra $8 or $9 to add some calamari. It would have made more sense to just order another bowl of pho. Can't say anything on the atmosphere because we ordered takeout.

This rating is based on Vietnamese dishes that we ordered. We had Pho (#203) and BBH (spicy beef Hue style noodle) and they were not quite authentic. Pho was lack of spices aroma and broth was just average. BBH was quite modified, did not have the fundamental ingredients such as pork hock, pork blood and beef shank slices. Although the broth was not too bad but was not smoking HOT! Portion was very small for the price. We were not full after the meal. But overall, it is a very nice, clean, spacious restaurant with nice waiter!
