I’m all about the experience when eating at authentic restaurants...... but this experience was awful. First of all, the air was either not on or not working because it was at least 85+ degrees when we arrived. We were seated at a booth and the music was so loud we had to YELL at each other to even hear.....the waitress had ZERO understanding of the English language. Appetizers were advertised as 50% off so we went with the table side guac...my go to. The ingredients were WARM, there was a lemon squeezed into it, not a lime, and it was flavorless. This is the main reason I used to love this restaurant..... we ordered our entrees and I pointed to each choice I wanted with my dinner; again, because she had no clue what anything was ...being said to her in English. Well, after about 40 mins our food arrived and it was all wrong. How hard is it to order a chimichanga dinner with shredded beef? They weren’t fried, they had disgusting overly seasoned taco meat in them and barely any cheese sauce. My daughter and I ordered the same thing (had to ask for a fork 3 times)...By the time our replacement meal arrived, the rest of my party was thru their meals and was left to sit there and wait for us to eat ours. The beans tasted like water and the rice tasted like cardboard. When presented with our check; the apps were not discounted and our food was advertised by one get one half off, also not represented on the bill. I boxed up my chimis to bring home in an effort to try to crisp them up and enjoy them....left the box on the table while I went to inquire and pay the bIll and returned to it gone.....I don’t understand what happened to this place; it used to be my favorite. We will not...

I was wondering why no customers cuz the food was good but a couple of the reviews said something similar so this might be apart of the reason why. It’s weird cuz why ruin what could be a repeat customer (hence regular money) over one dollar? But business practices like this is probably one of the main reasons why the parking lot was empty. I knew he said 18 something before I handed him my card and it was clearly different when I seen my bank statement but I couldn’t remember exactly what he said. So I was wondering about it for a couple of days and then I found the receipt. I ordered takeout so no tip was required plus tips are always optional regardless. If there was a take out fee I should’ve been informed and it be apart of the receipt total. The dude is just scraping every penny he can I guess. If that didn’t happen this would’ve been a five star review and I would’ve just literally wrote that I wondered why it’s the least busy Mexican restaurant in town. Do better, you might get more customers if you just do...

We understood that it would be a busy day so we expected to have slower service, but what we experienced was honestly just bad. They would consistently bring half of our table their order and then the other half of the table their order anywhere from 10-20min later. When we initially ordered drinks this happened. Half of our margaritas showed up and then 10min later our waitress returned with the other half. and when we ordered food this happened as well. My girlfriend's fish tacos arrived at the table 25min before my steak tacos. She had finished her food entirely before I even got mine. We literally watched the waitress bring our table half of the orders, go to the table next to our table to take their order, bring a different table their food, before bringing our table the rest of our food. Further more the food was mediocre at best, but compared to the very disappointing service it really...
