If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place is beyond horrible. The drive thru is a enter and you are stuck there until everyone goes through. Went there tonight. Waited for 8 min for someone to come over the intercom. I said hello? Female comes on and said well you can order whenever you want but we aew out of roast beef, tomatoes and about 5 other things she listed. I said ok. Can you tell me how to exit your drive thru since you have no roast beef? Female says no clue. Is there a car behind you? I said yes. Another voice came over and said do not yell at my employees. I said ma'am I never raised my voice nor did I yell. I asked when they would have more roast beef, no one came back on the Intercom. I waited in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me for almost 30 minutes. This isn't the first time in recent months that for days upon days they have no supplies and the help is generally rude. This place needs closed or corporate needs to step in and start taking action. Starting with ordering...

Was all I got and had no product knowledge of the menu... not sure if she was new or not... but she's seems not to care either way... then after taking our order she walked around the dining room with a disgusting smelling rag wiping down the soda bar... never mind the at least 8 tables that are disgusting in the dining room and spilled drinks on table and floors.. major fall hazard... been a restaurant manager for 13 years and finally finished my degree and moved on in my career.... clearly this isn't the right job for her... not to mention the manager constantly yelling at everyone in front of customer... so glad we don't live around here... our chances of coming back are...
Read moreI love this Arby’s during the DAY Shift. But the night shift is a different story. I’ve had 2 recent encounters both taking place within the last hour of closing. The one I will refer to just happened on Sunday July 6th, 2024 at 12:40AM. Checked to see when they closed before driving 20 min for a late night Arby’s Run. They close at 1pm. So again I arrived at the drive thru 20 min before closing time. The person taking the order tells me right away “they have no fried food”. I asked “why?”. He responded “they were cleaning their fryers.”. I was extremely disappointed after making the trip to hear that. I don’t know what Arby’s policy is exactly but I will say that seems too early to shut the fryer down with 20 more minutes before closing. Also considering most of the menu is...
