We ordered a homestead breakfast and border scramble omelette online. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order they had no record of it. That could've happened for any number of reasons so i dismissed it and resubmitted the order and then returned after they had enough time to remake it. When I returned, the order had been made... except for the border scramble omelette. They said they didn't have it anymore. So I asked if they had something similar and they said I could do the make your own omelette. Great! I would like a make your own omelette, made like the border scramble. They said they couldn't do that because they don't have the ingredients for the border scramble omelette. I then asked if i could just do a make your own omelette with spinach mushroom, tomato and onions. They then told me they have discontinued spinach. SPINACH. Who discontinues spinach of all things? So I told them to cancel my order since i decided to go elsewhere at this point. I asked for a paper copy of the canceled order. This also ended up being a mistake, as they apparently had to go through 2 managers and a hostess to get this done, and it didn't happen after all this because nobody seemed to know how to do it, even the management. While this was going on, the entire place was a madhouse and numerous other people were also having problems with their orders, trying to cancel or having to bring food back. The staff seemed to be shorthanded and understandably overwhelmed. I will not be going back unless this location is improved to handle the increased customer traffic it is attempting to serve. Read moreWorst experience I've ever had. Whenever you go to a Bob Evans you know there is a high probability something will go wrong. We had been to this particular restaurant several times in the past and everything was fine. Monday, Oct. 10 nothing was fine. We had to wait to be seated but we don't really mind that and the wait wasn't too long. The four of us ordered our food. We waited 45 minutes for our food. When they finally brought our meals my father-in-law's meal wasn't prepared correctly. (He's 85.) The waitress took his food away and the waiting game started again. When it became apparent his food was not going to arrive anytime soon he became angry and left the table. By this time it had been nearly an hour since we had been seated. Then and only then did the Manager, and I use the term loosely, come over to apologize and offer to compensate us for that one item on my FIL's plate the had been prepared incorrectly. Gee! We had a.....discussion, and then she decided to knock $20 off our bill. Still, if I could give this place a negative five stars I'd do it. Turns out the Manager, waitress, AND cook were all new. Perhaps you think this excuses these problems when in fact, it is another example of poor management on a corporate level. Read moreStore #445 NOBLESVILLE In Phone in order on 5-4-21 I called and placed a curbside order for 5:50 with Dominic. I called when I got there and girl was very rushed who answered phone. I explained I was here for curbside. After 10 mins my order wasn’t brought out to me. I’m disabled and took my walker out to make room for order I was picking up at 6 at Walmart. When order wasn’t brought out I called the restaurant and was on hold for a total of 40+ minutes. I would hang up after waiting 10 mins and press a different number and still recording. I couldn’t get out of car because I didn’t have my walker. At 6:25 a lady came out and I asked if she would tell them I’ve been waiting for my order for 35 mins and gave her my name Linda. She came out and said it wasn’t up yet. Finally at 6:40 Dominic answered the phone. I explained I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes for my order. He said they didn’t have an order for me. I said YOU ARE THE ONE WHO TOOK MY ORDER! He said he took the order but I said my name was DEBORAH! I explained after 71 years I think I know my name and I told you it was Linda.
