My wife was in shopping today with one of our daughters and noticed a basketball goal that was for sale in the store. She removed the portion of the perforated tag that needed to go to the Cashier for payment. When she arrived near the cashier she was asked if she was "the one that had the perforated tag". She indicated that yes in fact she did. She was then advised that another Customer had come up to the "register" and stated that all of the tags were missing. Fast forward, the item was sold to another Customer. While my wife's frustration was taken (in my opinion) very lightly; I decided to call the store upon my arrival home. I spoke with a "Manager" and she indicated that their policy was to announce over the intercom requesting that if anyone had the tag they should please come forward. The "Manager" also indicated that this policy was not followed. While this may sound like a trivial matter; I came home to a very frustrated spouse and had to talk to a very disappointed Grandson. It is not a question of $$ at this point; it is a matter of consistent customer service and policy. Will I shop at Goodwill again? Maybe, maybe not. But I will tell everyone that I can about this experience. Thank...

Read moreAll of the Goodwills have gotten greedy! Prices are ridiculous. You guys get this stuff for free! Taking away the fittings room was a dick move. So now if we buy clothes and they don’t fit, you are out your money. Families that are struggling can’t have this. Yes you get a gift card, but now you are pretty much forced to try to find something that fits in your store. No one has time for that! Either lower your prices, bring back the fitting rooms or give us back our money! Also the book prices are ridiculous! Definitely not helping local families! I will never donate or...
