I recently visited First Watch in Noblesville and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with lots of interesting options to choose from. Their menu features seasonal items like Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos, Steak and Eggs Hash, and Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast.
Standout Features:
Excellent Service: The staff is friendly, and our server, Hello, was fantastic.
Ambiance: The renovated building is beautifully decorated, with an open design that can feel a bit loud, but not unbearable
Outdoor Seating: Perfect for enjoying your meal on a nice day.
Pros and Cons:
Pros: Great food quality Friendly and attentive staff Beautiful ambiance Outdoor seating available
Cons: Can be busy, especially during peak hours Expect long wait time since it breakfast place you would think people are in a hurry. Some guests have experienced issues with wait times.

Read moreTo say that going here is equal to throwing money into a fire is an understatement. Everything is overpriced and underwhelming. Drinks are photographed and made out to be flavor packed experiences that fall flat when you actually taste them. For the pricing I would have expected better and it's clear from the way the server avoided the table afterward that they knew the drinks were subpar. The food was fine but the price felt as though my wallet was mugged and beaten for exiting in the area. When asked for items to be separated or on the side the kitchen also did not listen and nothing was offered as an apology. The entire experience was trash. The photos were great however and if you are a content creator a great place to look at food not to eat. I would not recommend you go there if you don't want to spend money on overpriced items and feel...

We arrived on a Sunday at 10:30 AM.
The wait time wasn’t too bad for the time we came, without having to wait on the wait list. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, so we didn’t mind it at all.
However, the food wait was just shy of 45 minutes for two people with simple orders. Our waitress mentioned that the kitchen was extremely backed up, but several tables around us were seated and finished their meals before ours arrived, so I’m not sure if that was entirely accurate.
It was probably just an isolated bad experience - but it was our first time at First Watch, so I can’t say for sure. We’re not sure if we’ll give it...
