Taco Bell — Restaurant in Noblesville

Don't get too comfortable! This location has ALWAYS been awful! We went more than a year from going to this location because of the continued poor service, wrong orders, and awful management. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, we started to go back to this location to help support local restaurants. The first time back was a very pleasant experience. Not only did they get the order 100% correct, the drive-through staff was very friendly! Now, here is why I said don't get too comfortable. We decided to give them another shot since we had a pleasant experience at the start of the Pandemic. Staff was friendly, but not like the previous time and the initial count of items looked correct. When I got home, the boys informed me their beef chalupa supremes were chicken. I thought maybe they got 1 wrong, but no, they got all 8 wrong. Well, that isn't totally true, they got 7 wrong and shorted us the 8th one. I double checked the receipt for I have been known to not catch an error when ordering, but the receipt was correct, 8 BEEF chalupa supremes. Too bad for management that can't hire and train a staff to get your order correct. No more supporting this location for they are still as awful as before. If I could’ve given minus stars I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever went to. Got a drive thru order last night and they screwed 90% of it up. Wouldn’t give us a receipt either. No Ice or carbonation in the drinks, taco shells weren’t cooked, they actually put a burrito in a Mexican pizza box for my Mexican pizza. They put refried beans in my wife’s black bean chalupa. They gave a black bean and refried bean burrito instead of a beefy melt burrito. Instead of one regular taco, they actually put refried beans in a hard taco too. I’m not sure what they were smoking when they made this stuff but good God these people should not be in food service. Edited: That was last year. We went to this location again, by mistake, we didn’t realize it was the same one. If even possible, it was just as bad or worse. At the window they told us they were out of large cups for our combos, and gave us like kiddie sized cups, with no ice. When we stopped to eat we realized there was no carbonation in the drinks. The Mexican pizza was completely burned and inedible. We were missing items. This place should be shut down. They are an embarrassment. They didn’t offer us anything when they gave us tiny sized drinks, and no carbonation. This might be the worst Taco Bell on the planet. Don’t goto this...

I applied for the late night crew member position and was scheduled an interview on 02/03/2025 for noon. I got there early at 11:15. I checked in with a lady at 11:30. After asking my name and verifying my scheduled interview, she came back to me and said here is a cup. Have something to drink. The manager went to make a run but she will be back shortly to conduct your interview. I said no problem and thank you. I grabbed some water and sat in the booth in the back by the window. Over an hour passed and I still hadn't been interviewed. I went to the counter and spoke with a man wearing a head set and asked him what time will the manager be able to interview me. He said o she doesn't do interviews between 10 and 2. I explained that I have an email confirmation, text messages, and I already checked in with his peer confirming the interview. He said yeah no she doesn't do interviews during this time. She's on the line and busy but I'll check with her still. He then screams to the back and says hey do you have a 12 o clock interview? She says I'm not doing any interviews now. I start my interviews at 2 today and I'm already booked up for the day. No apologies for the miscommunication no rescheduling no nothing. I just wasted about a hour in a half of my time...
