I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns that I have experienced at the LA Fitness location in Noblesville.
Firstly, I have noticed that the gym has been closed unexpectedly at times, without any prior notification to members. This has caused inconvenience and frustration for myself and other gym-goers who have scheduled their workouts around the gym's opening hours. It would be greatly appreciated if there could be better communication to members about any planned closures or maintenance work.
Secondly, I have noticed that employees at the front desk have not always been properly checking members into the gym. This has caused confusion and has led to some non-members gaining access to the gym. I would appreciate it if you could remind the front desk staff of the importance of following proper check-in procedures for the safety and security of all members.
Furthermore, I have experienced difficulty in getting accurate information about the gym's hours from the front desk staff on multiple occasions. The unhelpfulness of some front desk members has made it challenging to plan my workouts effectively. It would be helpful if the front desk staff could be trained to provide accurate and helpful information to members regarding the gym's hours of operation.
Lastly, I have observed that the men's bathroom and sauna are not always as clean as they could be. This is not only unpleasant for gym-goers, but it could also pose a health risk. I would appreciate it if the cleaning staff could be reminded to pay extra attention to these areas to ensure that they are properly sanitized and maintained.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to help improve the overall gym experience at LA Fitness in...

Wife and I decided to rejoin a gym this year. LA Fitness in Noblesville was the closest so I went there to sign up. The person I spoke with, Adam, seemed cordial enough but was not very knowledgeable when asked questions outside the normal speech they learn to give when you sign up. I did sign my wife and I up and was informed my package level included all ammenities that the gym had to offer. This was the 8th.
Yesterday, went with my family to this facility for the first time to work out. Staff checking you in were not personable and more worried about their bodies than helping anyone out. I was told by one employee that he was too busy to help me when I asked about having my wife's photo taken for her key tag. We went to drop our child off at the daycare facility and was informed we would have to sign up for some kid account and it would be an extra charge. Went back to the front desk where a female employee, Brenda, was rude and not concerned with our issue of not being fully informed about all pricing when signing up.
Combine the poor attitudes, hidden fees, and the no show from the trainer who was suppose to give us both an initial training assessment, I promptly ended our membership there before making it passed the check in desk.
Today, called to speak with a manager, Ricky, who directed me to a corporate line because he does not as he said "have authorization to refund membership fees after 3 days". I do not believe such but will be calling corporate today.
Such a waste as I am sure there are possibly employees there who are friendly and not looking to look down on you because you aren't as skinny as they are. But bottom line, go...

If I could give this LA Fitness a half star, I would. My family has had membership at this location for a long time so I decided to give LA Fitness a try. I dealt with the personal training department head, Suzie, at the time of initiating membership. She sold me "6 months" worth of personal training sessions, BUT when it came time for me to terminate my sessions at the conclusion of those promised 6 months, I was informed that Suzie had actually locked me in for a full year contract. I know I did not accidentally ask for a full year because I already knew I was moving out of state after 6 months. Suzie lied to me and locked me in for a year knowing that I specifically and repeatedly emphasized only a 6 month contract. I was then forced to pay out the remaining contract with approximately $1,000. This was complete robbery and unethical method of doing business. Potential clients and members beware.
Don't let this review discredit the gym employees as a whole group. There are honest people working here who do a great job and who care about their clients, but Suzie definitely soured the club's reputation and guaranteed that I will never return or give this club my positive recommendation.
My family members are also now considering terminating membership after this horrible experience and especially after the string of thefts from cars in the parking lot in the past couple months (cited source: Noblesville Police Department officers). Please get some surveillance or some sort of deterrence in your...
