This Regal #10 theater location gets my high marks! Very, clean with very cheerful staff! I really enjoy the theater's reclining comfortable seats! My favorite is purchasing the kids meal popcorn treat/package! Small tray of popcorn, package of soft fruit treat with a small drink. However, on one occasion a senior lady wanted to purchase a bottle of water. I over heard the sales lady tell the customer...a bottle of water would be $4.00 or it might of been $5.00! (Her husband needed to take his medication.). When finances permits, I travel Domestic & International. I Do Not Recall...ever having to spend $4.00 or $5.00 for a bottle of water. I understand the theaters rely on food & drinks for their high profits. Just my observation! Thanks, for providing a overall great movie...theater experience. Keep up the great work! Quality employees as well as management are key to any...
Read moreLast night I had quite the experience at the Noblesville theatre. The gentleman my family & I dealt with we felt was extremely rude. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks. Which was fine ringing it up. But once we hit the pretzel we immediately told the gentleman it was burnt. Which he didn’t seem to care or offer a way of solving the issue. Went back and forth with him on the issue. He told us to wait to see if it would be approved for him to make another one. If this point with the waiting we had missed the begging on our movie. He told us he is going to speak to the manager. Came back from the office to immediately ignore us and speak / help someone else. It’s like the fact we had been waiting didn’t matter along with the issue. Didn’t appreciate how he spoke to me about wanting the old pretzel back or how he took it from me. I’ve been a regal club member for years and never had a...
Read moreThe ONLY reason we came here is because of the reclining seats. I have chronic lower back pain and sitting for long periods of time is very painful. Other than that, this theater is not worth your time. It doesn't matter if you buy your tickets ahead of time. You still have to wait in the same line as the other 100 people who are ordering food. There is no signage to let people know they shut down the entire concession stand literally as soon as the last person is seated for the last show of the night. So 20 minutes after we went to our seats to let the line die down, the lobby was abandoned. When I tried to speak to the manager about how ridiculous it was that at 7:45 with two hours left in the movie, we couldn't even get a bottle of water. He was rude and couldn't care less. We will go to the IMAX at HTC...
