Pulled up in the drive thru with no other cars waiting. Actually only 2 cars in the lot. Waited for a good 5 minutes before some barley speaking English person came on the speaker all rude. I had to repeat my one combo 3xs to this man! Then had to repeat 2xs how many tenders I was wanting to order. All that was fine whatever I get it ya know. I'm a GM for a restaurant in Noblesville myself, so I NEVER complain. I get to the the window I asked him how my total was $26.53 when I only ordered one combo and three tenders. He said ummm no you order two different combos, that's what you told me. I said no sir I didn't. He then started to Argue with me and shaking his head while we was changing my order. Then still said that's you said. I then was like you know what you're rude as heck just cancel my order. I asked to speak with the manager to let them know about how I was treated, he goes on to tell me as he's pounding on his chest that he's the manager. I then asked for his game which it's Sebastian. Just incase anyone from the franchise actually reads these. Also, FYI your phone number and website doesn't work for complaints. How convenient for your company huh lol anyways reviews will you get you too! I've been going to this restaurant for years. There's usually rough folks there but at least they have some sort of mannerism. I'd NEVER let an employee like Sebastian work for me, let alone be a manager! I'd rather run my store short staff than to settle....
Read moreAbout eight-thirty in the evening and I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was instantly told it would be just a minute. There were no other cars in the Drive-Thru line and there were only one or two cars in the whole parking lot which probably belong to employees. I set at the speaker for a good 5 minutes and nobody ever came back to help me. I pulled around and pulled into a parking spot and walked into the restaurant. There was a girl sitting out in the lobby at a table with a bunch of friends eating. She got up walked behind the counter and hollered back to the office area and told another girl that she had to get up because there were customers. While she was assembling my food I asked her why I had to set in drive-thru without being waited on. She told me they've been swamped and they were really backed up on orders. So I asked her why she was sitting at the table eating then when I walked in and she had to call back to the office until the other girl to get up. She said all their customers that just left. I guess she felt like she had to sit down and eat in the other girl had to take a nap before they waited on the person they had waiting in the Drive-Thru line. Don't lie to your customers Hardee's! Not another card came through that parking lot well I sit there waiting in your drive-thru. I know you weren't busy with backed-up orders. So sorry I Disturbed your supper...
Read moreArrived at 5:45am this morning. Drive Thru sign board wasn't lit up but store lights were on. I sat for 7 mins waiting to give my order. No one answered. I drove to window and knocked on window trying to get the attention of the worker that was standing there. She ignored me. I drove back around to the speaker this time the board was now lit up and I waited for another 4 mins with 2 cars now behind me. No one answered so drove to window and this time honked. Female employee put on her headset and asked what I needed. I asked if they were open and she replied saying that they didn't open until 6am. I showed her the hours that were posted on the window that the drive thru was open at 5am which she then informed me those hours were wrong. It should be noted that I visit this Hardees on an average of 3-4 times a week and arrive between 5:30am and 5:45am and normally have great service as long as the normal guy is working. I wish I knew his name... but he normally works mornings during the week. But whenever he isn't working the service is TERRIBLE!!! I drove off today without breakfast and ended up going to McDonalds.
