Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Noblesville

I have been to this Jimmy John's many times and usually have a great experience. NOT TODAY! I was paying for my online order with gift cards I purchased online. Typically I use the gift cards via the app and have no issues, but today the app was giving me fits so I decided to use the gift cards in store. BIG MISTAKE. The Manager Noah was EXTREMELY rude about me trying to use what he called "FAKE" gift cards. There were other people in the restaurant that overheard this as well. Well, these cards have ALWAYS worked for me online and never gave me any trouble. He said he will have to try and type in the code. Rather than have me just read him the code, he insisted that it was faster for him to type it in, 5 minutes later he said it didn't work. I gave him two more gift cards to try and they both worked without an issue. The first one was fully used and I didn't realize that and that is why it didn't work. I am very disappointed in Noah's condescending attitude as a manger and rude tone. He basically called me a fraud in front of everyone and wasn't apologetic when the other cards worked fine. He handed me the receipt and didn't say anything and I turned around and walked off. Very disappointed and Noah needs to take some training courses on...

I placed an order for a 16 inch gargantuan and a large coke at 7:02 pm. This cost me 22.06 $. I don't mind paying good money for a meal and delivery fee if its a good meal and "Freakishly Fast" as they advertise. Estimated time of delivery is 7:25 pm. I thought that was kind of long since they were only 1.3 miles away. They called at 8:18 pm saying they had arrived. I went outside and found no one. I called them and they said they accidentally were down the street from my location. They arrived with my FLAT/watered down coke and room temperature sandwich at 8:26 pm. The driver said "That was really weird, my GPS took me down the street." The moral of this unfortunately true story is , Jimmy Johns is Freakishly Slow, Freakishly Overpriced, and if you order them when your hungry your hunger will grow Freakishly Large while waiting. Unfortunately this store is a hot mess..the last 4 times ordered there’s been an issue. This time 2 sauces paid for not in the bag and told can’t get a refund for the items that I didn’t receive had to then send the poor delivery guy back out..last time delivery guy took my food to the wrong apt and had to remake and re deliver my order after an hour of waiting the first time..two times before this I ordered online waited for over an hour just to call the store to check on delivery status and find out that they don’t even have a delivery driver..not once but twice..was never reached out to to let me know. Jimmy johns has always been my favorite over the years but now that this is the store in my delivery range and I’ve had poor experience after poor experience I will not be giving it another try....
