Wanted to go to a place ive never been to before with my bf. So we saw a Moes and decided to go. There were literally no cars or ppl inside should of known then the food was not going to be all that. I will say the customer service was amazing. We both got bowls mine was chicken and steak with a lot of toppings. The Moe's sauce is meh but there was a creamy green looking sauce that was amazing. The food was bland and didn't have much flavor in fact i tried to eat it twice and just couldn't get into it sue to the lack of flavor. I even told my bf when walking in that the pics on the glass and wall look nice but they look like they don't have any flavor and i was right. I gave the rest to my kid and they ate it. I prefer Qdoba their food has flavor. I will say that the chips were fresher than Qdobas all the way. The restaurant its self was nice and clean we were the only ones in there the entire time. Hate to edit my 5 star review and change it to 1...but unfortunately have to, in hopes to send message to owners to make a positive change. One thing that really excited me about this Moe's was the drive thru! I'm sure any other parents who see this of small children, its very difficult to get my 2 little kids out of my car to go in, which is why I only ever go anywhere with a drive thru or curbside. I was so excited I won free burritos for a year...here I am on week 12 of not using my free burritos due to the lack of drive thru...they told me to do mobile order, but the moes app doesn't let me use free burrito on the app it has to manually be scanned for some reason. Management has never been helpful at all unfortunately. I have free burritos for a year and don't even go, that's how bad this Moes is.
