Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nocatee

So first off welcome to the area. Now some feedback about my visit. This was my first visit with my family and my family didn’t quite know what they wanted or what your menu had. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to look at the menu and the young man kept telling me to pull up and keep pulling up as he was hanging in my window. Nice young man but please stay out of my window . Thank you for the suggestions but would have been easier to look at the menu to take a few extra seconds to decide. Just felt rushed and like an inconvenience for not knowing what we wanted. Also very hard to hear him even in my ear as there was a bunch of young kids “working” yelling out through the parking lot. So ordering has been completed $36 dollars later excited to try new drinks. We approach the window and i can’t make this up at least 8 people all loud giggling at the window a young lady grabs the iPad and repeats the order . During that time you have a young lady who is taking a pink straw and sticking in her mouth and putting whip cream balls on the straw and reapplying more whip with the same tip of the whip cream canister . She did this multiple times and thought maybe they should know what a HEALTH VIOLATION THAT IS so I said something to the first girl and she just walked away and another girl came into the window and was absolutely obnoxious and was quite passive aggressive with her attitude about the whole situation. She said ooh we use that can for dogs as well. Regardless you are touching the tip of the whip cream canister to the straw you have shoved in your mouth multiple times while I was sitting there. I’m sure the health department would love that or maybe the next guest getting whip on there drink would feel honored to have a contaminated whip topping on the drink. A manager was asked about and it was pushed aside and stickers were given out instead. So it’s been an interesting visit to say the least and we have not even gotten to the beverages. Milkshake and freezes were like water you would have thought it was a latte not a blended beverage. I would honestly say I have wasted my time and money for this experience. The lack of professionalism in this place is sad for a new business . I know it’s great to hire young ones but train them to have fun but be professional because this felt as if we were at a playground and I can’t get past the straw in mouth touching the whip canister tip multiple times. On our most recent trip, I tried the Iced Cookie Butter Latte with almond milk, and Everett got the Candied Cherry Iced Lemonade. This was our first time trying these flavors, and both were really good! The cookie butter latte wasn’t overly sweet like some of their other options, which was a nice surprise. Still on the sweeter side, but definitely one I’d get again. Everett was a big fan of his drink too.

The staff is always kind and patient. There’s always something new on the menu, and they make it easy to customize whatever you want. Also, just a heads up if you’ve never been — there’s no inside seating, it’s a drive-thru only setup, but they move fast and make the whole experience easy.
