This was hands down the worst drive thru experience of my life. The young woman that took my order was apparently unable to understand what I was saying, despite me speaking clearly into the microphone with my window rolled down and repeating myself more than once. When I got my first sandwich ordered I told her I needed some time to decide on the other item (10 seconds would have done it) but she had already typed in my first item so the menu had disappeared. I asked her to remove the item so I could finish looking at the menu and she wouldn't do it, even when I asked again. Instead, she (mockingly?) offered to read the entire breakfast menu to me, which she proceeded to do over the course of two minutes as I sat in awe of what was happening. When she finished listing items, which was basically reading aloud as fast as she could with no spaces between words, we ordered our second sandwich (different from the first) and made our way to the pick up window. We arrived, were given our total, and offered our card, which was charged for two sandwiches. Another young woman came from the kitchen and handed us our food. After all that they had gotten our order wrong (they made two of the same sandwiches). The receipt reflected the mistake. The young woman looked at us unsympathetically and said, "that's what was made" and "that's what we charged you for." This was the final straw in what had up until that point been a series of the most unprofessional and unacceptable events I had ever experienced in a drive thru. I briefly exchanged words with the young woman, the managing person in the store at the time, telling her about the negative experience and only after being completely unhelpful and even combatant she offered to make the correct sandwich. I declined and drove away more frustrated and thinking to myself I will never go back there. If I were Dunkin' management I would want to know about this. So, this is my review. Went through drive thru when asking for munchkins they told us there werent any flavors but blueberry ones and we asked for doughnuts and they said there wasnt any at all and that there would be more in an hour only. when we get to the window they asked us what flavor munchkins we had gotten when we asked for the blueberry ones (mind you we were the only car at the window) and so when we get to the wimdow they go on to tell us that they do have different flavors and that which kind of munchkins we asked for like really?! It was just horrible service over all and like they say first impressions are what matter. Also when we asked for bagels they said they didnt have any and that they only sell in the morning not all day. So over all they just dont have anything all day everyday. Just very disappointed after all this time that we have waitied for it to open, and we arent the only ones this has happened to! I hope service improves if not like everything else here in nogales...
