I have recieve extremely poor customer service from Bradley at Domino's Pizza on Hamner in Corona. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas from the phone app we have been usuing for years and got three cheese pizzas. There was only one girl there and she took apprx five minutes to type something in her device. I could see my pizzas just sitting there on the shelf. Then I drove home. They didn't open the box to show me at the store. Which I haven't had an issue like this before. Bradly who is someone in charge there today, 9-15-2024, was extremely rude to me on the phone that took should up another 13 minutes and they listen to this kid on the recording they will here his egregious mistakes. They made me wait a long time at the store. Then I had to wait a long time on the phone. Along with the drive time these pizzas have lost its quality. He said: "go ahead and make a big stink" I just wanted to get three pepperoni pizzas and he was aggregiously bad with customer service. Bad tone, bad manners, extremely bad customer servive. We dropped Pappa John's for bad customer service and we were loyal for decades. We turned to Domino's pizza for the last decade. We've been loyal customers for all these years with them. I don't appreciate Bradley who represents the Domino's corporation or how hard it is to get customer support. My kids wont eat the crap they have now foisted on us so I lost money for three pizzas. He said I can pay for three more. Just being a complete horrible representative of this Domino's tore on Hamner in Corona. He made a series of bad choices. Bad tone, being rude, not even trying to make this right. Horrible attitude. I just wanted to resolve this at the lowest level. I will be vocal on all sorts of social media and in public if we are not made whole. We can't eat these pizzas now with all the time going by in trying to resolve this. This is a very horrible experience. This is the last time I will offer to resolve this at the lowest level. They have bad people representing a comlete bad side of Domino's and I will not tolerate the treatment. And all of you here shouldn't either. No one deserves to be treated like I was. Read moreThere is a new manager named Diego providing the worst customer service ever !!! I don’t understand the point of special instructions on app if they don’t even take them into consideration. It is a constant issue with my pizzas being incorrect. I don’t call to complain most of the time since we usually order when we are in a rush to eat something quick. On 2/4 m/2024 my child and I were super sick didn’t feel like cooking anything and decided to order pizza for my husband to pick up when he got home the pizzas had extra garlic butter on the crust when specifically asked for NO GARLIC BUTTER called to let them know they made a mistake again who ever I spoke with said I had a credit for my 3 pizzas had 30 days to claim only at this location, well today I called to get my pizzas made correctly and the “store manager Diego” denied the credit as there is no one there working with the name that I was given and there is no credit on my account. I explained I have the receipt and they always put damn extra garlic butter on my pizza beyond greasy. Pretty much there was no credit therefore nothing can be done, I had ordered other food items ended up canceling the order, not sure why now days “managers” can careless about providing a nice customer service and trying to fix the errors their non trained...
Read moreOrdered online at 5pm for pizza to be ready at 7:15pm. Got there 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, was told "6-7 more minutes". Then could hear them saying that they needed to start my carryout order and another order of a gentleman who was there waiting for their pickup as well. After 20 minutes I proceeded to ask what the status or ETA was, I was told "just a moment" then the whole set of staff just went behind the ovens while I stood there for another 10 minutes, until another employee came up to me and said "just a few more minutes". I then waited another 10 minutes for the pizza to finally be ready. It is understandable when places get busy that things may not be on time. Especially with pizza places on a Saturday night, I totally get that having worked in food, normally I'd be cool with it. But when you are given over 2 hours notice to make a pizza and you only are reminded to start the order when the customer gets there, is unacceptable.
