Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norco

I want to start this by saying I was a taco bell employee for a long time so have a lot of leeway for mistakes. Unfortunately our experience tonight was extremely poor. I ordered a beef chalupa, took off the veggies but also added potatoes and fiesta strips. When I recieved my order I immidietly noticed how hard and stale the chalupa shell was. Now I personally like my chalupa shells slightly stale with a slight firmness, but this was extremely hard to the point it was difficult to bite into. As soon as I picked up the shell I also noticed the lack of warmth. I opened up my chalupa seeing all the modifications I made but unfortunately with those modifications they also seemed to have forgotten to put any meat into my chalupa. This was extremely disappointing. I would have gone back but unfortunately we had to get back to work and weren't able to turn around. Truthfully I only ate it because I had nothing else to quench my hunger. After that my husband dug into his chalupa, he found the same problem with his shell, extremely hard and difficult to chew. Towards the end we dug into our nacho fries which seemed to have a similar problem. Very cold and very stale to the point the fries felt almost rubbery. The only thing I found to be enjoyable was the apple empanada. Again I want to preface I have a lot of leeway for mistakes and try to never complain as I understand how the workload can be as a former employee but I also know the standards of what should be coming out of the kitchen, this visit was so disappointing I felt I had to bring it to...

I been to some pretty good Taco Bell’s in some very ghetto areas but at least the food was so FiRE! This place didn’t give that awesomeness 😢 My 1st time, I didn’t want to eat there because No Baja Blast😅 Gave it a second chance & although drive thru was empty on a Tuesday @3pm; They got my order right; the food was weak. I always love getting my chalupas but I they think they were lazy & warmed up the flat tortilla on the flat grill instead of dropping it in the fryer like you’re suppose to🤭 Anyways, they hire some weak employees for the kitchen. These lazy people need to go somewhere else because Taco Bell is so good & so easy to work at! You can’t mess that up😬

Edit: I LOVE Taco Bell 💛 The way the cook makes the food, SUCK! I keep coming back, but each time I regret spending money here. Last week they gave me wrong item, I ordered nacho supreme fries and they gave me nacho cheese, they should watch out for one of the cashier over there that don't know how to count. The cost of the food is $3.01 and I gave him $5.01 and yet he gave me the change of $2.99. When I told him that he should gave me $2.00 change instead, he looked at me as if he did not believe what I said and when his co worker came back from lunch break (I think) he asked him again and when his co worker told him that I should get $2.00 as the change then he gave me that $2.00. Yesterday I have to wait like 17 minutes just to get a nacho supreme fries and there were 2 people in line including me. Busy?? Nahhh. !!While I was waiting I saw this man (the one that could not count) again looked confused holding some coins in his hands and tried to count and stood there for like almost a minute may be tried to figure out that he will give out the right change to the drive in customer.
